I had a disappointing experience with this business. I gave them an item for repair and had to call daily for updates, but there was no response. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and seemed more focused on money than providing good service. The only reason the business seems to be doing well is its prime location in the main market. It’s unfortunate because the business was originally built on the hard work of their forefathers, but the current generation and ill-mannered staff are damaging its reputation. I did meet the owner, who seemed like a good person. It appears that the main issue lies with the staff’s attitude and lack of customer focus.

It very crowded place usually.and street are also very dirty garbage plying on the road.But Millhard is good Shop for your industrial tool purchase

Poor response from their Corporate level Executives . Surprised to see an brand like Mitutoyo being associated with these that too as an Authorized Partner .

Office behavior is brilliant. And please avoid to go there in any vehicle (due to all-time rush).
