Millennium Place Barsha Heights Hotel

This hotel completely spoiled our Eid holidays and gave us one of the most terrible and exhausting experiences ever. What was supposed to be a relaxing family staycation turned into pure frustration from start to finish. The buffet was an absolute disaster — we had to wait for nearly hours just to enter the dining area because of terrible crowd management. Once inside, guests were literally fighting and rushing for food because the hotel failed to refill dishes properly. Many items were empty most of the time, and the staff could not handle the situation at all. The staff management was honestly the worst part of the experience. Instead of properly managing the chaos and improving their services, the chef was literally trying to teach me “rules” and argue with guests while the hotel itself could not even provide basic service properly. It was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. The rooms were also very disappointing — extremely small, hot, uncomfortable, and not maintained properly. The entire hotel seemed overcrowded and completely unprepared for the Eid holiday rush. Overall, the service, hospitality, food management, staff behavior, and room conditions were all far below expectations. Definitely not recommended if you want a peaceful and enjoyable holiday experience.

We stayed at this hotel for one week, and everything was excellent from the moment we arrived. Starting from reception to daily service, everything was well organized and professional. The breakfast was very good and delicious. I especially loved the egg station the chef’s omelet was incredible. Dinner was also great, with different themed nights on different days and a very good team managing the service. I would like to specially mention one staff member, Fasika. He is the best waiter/server we have ever met. His smile, service, and attention to detail were outstanding. He remembers his guests and what they need for the next day, so we never had to wait or think twice. He was very helpful with everything and gave us great recommendations on which days to have dinner at the hotel and which days to go outside, helping us manage our time perfectly as tourists. For sure, we will come back to this hotel. It is absolutely worth it.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Dubai and would definitely recommend it. The location is excellent — there is a metro station nearby, which makes getting around the city extremely convenient. You can easily reach beaches, shopping malls, and all major tourist attractions within a short time. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus service to malls and beaches. We highly recommend choosing the TH8 Palm beach option — it is an additional paid service, but absolutely worth it for the experience and beautiful setting. What truly stood out during our stay was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. I accidentally left my bag with a camera in the restaurant and was very worried that I might never find it again. However, the next morning the hotel team quickly located it and safely returned it to me, which we truly appreciated.

Recently stayed at Millennium Place Hotel Barsha Heights Dubai with my family and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing overall. We had booked 6 rooms, and the check-in process itself took almost 2 hours. To make matters worse, the lobby A/Cs were not working properly, so everyone was sweating and extremely uncomfortable while waiting. We were promised rooms on higher floors with good views during booking. Considering this is a 30+ floor property, we were surprised to be allocated rooms on the 3rd floor instead. Also, no one assisted us with the luggage — we had to carry everything ourselves. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because of the hype around the buffet at M One restaurant based on Google reviews. Sadly, the reality was very different. The restaurant was overcrowded, there was hardly any seating available, and after struggling to arrange chairs and tables ourselves, we somehow managed to sit outdoors. The buffet spread itself was very average with limited choices. Breakfast the next morning was also underwhelming — again, very limited options and nothing extraordinary. Even during checkout, there was no assistance with luggage and not even a simple goodbye from the staff. The only positive part of the experience was the staff attitude. The staff members were courteous, smiling, and prompt whenever approached. But overall, for the price and expectations set online, the experience did not live up to the hype. Unfortunately, this is not a place I would choose to stay at again.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful. I was very pleased with the valet parking, shuttle bus to outlets and other malls, concierge service, front desk team, and the beautiful room view. Dining at the M One restaurant was also a great experience. The Arabic buffet dinner offered a delicious variety of grilled seafood, kebabs, and shish tawook. What truly stood out was the exceptional service, especially from Erica. She was attentive, welcoming, and ensured I felt well taken care of from arrival to departure, making the evening truly special.

We chose this hotel for our Valentine’s Day celebration, and it was truly the right decision. From the reception to the rooms, and from breakfast to dinner, everything was exceptionally well-organized and of high quality. The Valentine’s evening event was absolutely perfect. The food was outstanding, both in presentation and taste. All the staff members were friendly, warm, and attentive. I would especially like to thank SOphie And Rothith She didn’t only provide excellent service to our table, but to all the tables with the same care, elegance, and kindness. Breakfast omalette very delicious, staff is super nice. Pool is warm and the drinks are tasty. Soffie works really well. Only problem is that you need to wait a long time to drive with the elevator.

The occasion was extra special as we were also celebrating our boss Gaurav’s birthday, and the team made it memorable for all of us. The staff were friendly, attentive, and very accommodating throughout the evening, making sure our group was comfortable and well taken care of. My impressions of the hotel were negative; the staff did not maintain a tone of voice; I often heard the staff talking to other people. Also, when air raid sirens started and all flights home were cancelled, the hotel offered no assistance, literally throwing people out. If people didn't have money, the receptionists offered to borrow money from family or friends. This is unforgivable and inhumane behavior. We decided not to extend our stay and moved another hotel, as we felt that for that kind of money, we didn't want to feel uncomfortable. I don’t recommend this place.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Slash restaurant. The ambiance is modern, cozy, and perfect for both casual dining and business meals. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. The food was absolutely delicious — beautifully presented, fresh, and full of flavor. Every dish we tried was well-prepared, and the portions were generous. The menu offers a great variety, making it easy to find something for everyone. Overall, Slash Restaurant is a great spot for quality food and excellent service in Barsha Heights. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to visiting again!

All staff is nice and smiley. At breakfast you receive not only food, which is nice, but, moreover, you get positive mood for the coming day!
