I had a wonderful stay at Millennium Central Downtown. The location is very convenient, rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is warm and welcoming. The service truly made my experience special. I would especially like to thank Hostess Navpreet for her kindness, professionalism, and beautiful smile. She was very attentive, helpful, and made us feel truly valued as guests. Her positive attitude and warm hospitality created a memorable experience for me and my parents.

We had a wonderful stay at Millennium Central Downtown. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to major attractions and easy to get around the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and relaxing. I would especially like to mention Abdul, our housekeeper, who truly made a difference during our stay. He was very kind, professional, and attentive, always making sure our room was spotless and that we had everything we needed. His friendly attitude and care really made us feel at home. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and very well maintained. The bedding was extremely comfortable, and the housekeeping team ensured everything was spotless every day. The overall ambience of the hotel strikes a perfect balance between elegance and comfort. Breakfast was another highlight — a generous spread with a wide variety of options catering to different tastes. The quality and freshness of the food were impressive. What truly sets this hotel apart is the service. Every request was handled promptly and courteously. The team goes the extra mile to ensure guests have a pleasant and memorable stay. Overall, a wonderful experience combining comfort, convenience, and hospitality. Below basic hotel standards: cleanliness, hot water and service all failed! Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. This trip was a birthday trip for my mother, and instead of enjoying our time, we were constantly dealing with problems and stress. The rooms are very worn down and cleanliness is below an acceptable standard. There was a bad smell in the room, the shower head was old, and there were stains everywhere, as well as cracks in the tiles. In the first room, the air conditioning was excessively cold and could not be properly regulated. After a room change at around 22:00, new problems started: there was initially no hot water at all. Later, we were told to let the water run for 30 minutes until it becomes warm — which is honestly unacceptable and did not solve the issue. Even after that, the water never became properly hot. Housekeeping was unreliable throughout the stay. Towels were repeatedly missing, and during the last days we had to call every single day to receive them. Very strangely, bathrobes were suddenly hung into the room only during the last two days. At the beginning of the stay, there was no hair dryer, which we only received after repeatedly asking for it. One particularly uncomfortable moment was when hotel staff checked our bag to see whether we were taking the “correct” towels to the beach. This felt intrusive and very unpleasant. We cannot comment on the food, as we chose not to try it — given the overall condition of the hotel, we honestly did not feel confident. The only positive aspect is the location, which is very central. Dubai Mall is within walking distance, and that is the sole reason this hotel receives any positive mention. Overall, this hotel does not meet basic expectations in terms of comfort, cleanliness, or service. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

The hotel is very clean and I liked everything about it. Burj Khalifa was 10 minutes away. Ali Hossain, a guy from the housekeeping department, helped me a lot. I got everything I needed on time. My room was also very nice and clean. He would tidy up everything. Even if I had to tidy up everything, he would clean everything on time. I was very happy, Ali, to see your room cleaned and very clean and fragrant. The rooms and swimming pool were also very nice. There was a gym and a bar. There were many cabanas. I can tell you that everyone is there. The hotel was good for a small fee.

I especially want to highlight the housekeeper who worked on the 16th floor and took care of my room. He always approached his work with so much attention, care, and kindness, and he constantly asked if I needed anything else. His attitude made me feel genuinely welcomed. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Thanks to their warmth and hospitality, my stay in Dubai became 10 times better than I could have imagined. Thank you to this hotel for creating such an amazing atmosphere. I will definitely remember it with great fondness.

Absolutely unacceptable experience and very poor management. We paid over €3,400 for four people, two rooms, for one full week (Sunday to Sunday). For that price, we expected basic hospitality and professionalism — which we clearly did not receive. We arrived at the hotel at 5:00 AM after an overnight journey. Prior to arrival, we had sent several emails and made phone calls to ask about early check-in. We never received any response. Upon arrival, we politely asked again for an early check-in and even offered to pay extra. The staff simply said they would “try to find a room”, without any follow-up or solution. During this time, multiple families were checking out of the hotel between 5:00 AM and 11:00 AM, which means that rooms were becoming available and at least one of our two rooms could have been cleaned and temporarily assigned to us. This was never even attempted. Instead, we were forced to wait for hours in a cold corridor, without water, assistance, or empathy, despite having two sick people in our group. We had to insist strongly just to receive two small bottles of water for four people. To make matters worse, the hotel did have a suite available, but rather than offering it as a temporary solution until our rooms were ready, we were told we could only use it by paying an additional fee. No alternative or goodwill solution was proposed. This experience shows a complete lack of guest care, flexibility, and basic human consideration. For a hotel charging these prices, this level of service is simply unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you arrive early, travel with family, or expect even minimal customer-oriented service.

The atmosphere is relaxing, and everything is well organized, which made my stay really enjoyable. The room was spotless, comfortable, and always well-prepared. I was staying for an extended period. The staff were very responsive and quick to offer any assistance I needed. Jabed kept my room clean and was very friendly and kind. Thank Jabed for the excellent job throughout my stay. Breakfast was awesome. My stay there was comfortable and enjoyable. From housekeeping, to the reception and restaurant staff, keep up the great work.

Me and my partner stayed at the Millennium Central Downtown for 3 nights / 4 days. We had a wonderful view from the 20th floor of our standard double room. The room was nice, modern, spacious and clean. The only minor dissatisfactions were due to the noise you can hear from the traffic below, as well as the cleanliness of the bathroom/room which could do with some more attention. The room did not have a hairdryer so we had to call for one which was received rather quickly. Extra towels did have to be requested which took some time to come (after a reminder). The sleeping pillows are bit firm for my comfort but we slept fine overall. Location is great as you are only 15 minutes walking from downtown Dubai Mall / Burj Khalifa. Recommended and would stay again!

They gave us very tiny bedroom for two people so they changed for us. The bath had some black marks, two of the towels had holes, the water used to take 15 mins to get hot and it was very week. Some times when we are having a shower comes cold water. We told them at the reception and a plumber came but he didn’t fix anything. When you enter at the hotel the staff don’t look at you even to say hello. And the staff working at the bar in the swimming pool and at the entrance of the same level to go to the bar they are with their mobiles. The outside of the hotel where there is a terrace is so unwelcome and the floor needs some work. The swimming pool is so tiny for this big hotel and too noisy as the motorways are all around the hotel.I do not recommend this hotel
