Millennium Place Barsha Heights Apartments

We were on vacation in December 2025, this hotel is absolutely perfect with the proximity to shops, public transport (metro, bus) and Jumeirah Beach accessible by taxi. It was a pleasant experience in Dubai without forgetting the morning buffet with a wide choice of delicious dishes thanks to chef Sachin and Ashwin especially for the choice of absolutely exquisite Indian dishes and an honourable mention for Mr. Dibakar who was available and cared for us to inform us. We highly recommend this hotel plus we had a room upgrade we had the choice to be upstairs with a view of the balcony on the buildings or without a balcony, the rooms are luxurious and very clean.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. Exceptional Stay with Stunning Views I recently spent a week at Millennium Place Barsha Heights and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Our one-bedroom studio on the 22nd floor offered absolutely stunning views across Dubai if your room is facing towards the front of the building. The apartment itself was compact but thoughtfully designed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was very clean and well-maintained throughout our visit, including a washing machine and large fridge/freezer. Breakfast – a good selection with plenty of variety to start each day. The check-in staff were outstanding, making our arrival smooth and welcoming. Location-wise, taxis are always available right outside the building, and Uber pickups are effortless – getting around Dubai was never a problem. A couple of minor points to note: Breakfast can get quite busy during peak times, so arriving a little earlier helps secure a table without waiting. The lift system also requires some patience occasionally – with a building this tall, waits of a few minutes can happen. These small niggles aside, this was a fantastic base for exploring Dubai. Great value, friendly service, and views that made the stay memorable. Would definitely recommend and return

The hotel itself is elegant, well-maintained, and offers a very comfortable ambiance. The food was equally impressive. beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend both the hotel and Sergio’s outstanding hospitality!”

I recently stayed at the Millennium Place Barsha Heights and had a very pleasant experience overall. There were several highlights that made the stay comfortable, though one specific area could use some improvement. The Highlights Room Quality: The rooms are impressively spacious, providing plenty of area to relax or work without feeling cramped. Cleanliness & Ambiance: I was very happy with the housekeeping. The room was spotlessly clean and, perhaps most importantly, it smelled wonderful from the moment I walked in. It creates a great first impression and a very relaxing environment. Area for Improvement Breakfast Variety: The only real downside was the breakfast buffet. While the food quality was fine, the menu was exactly the same every single day. When staying for multiple nights, it becomes very repetitive. Suggestion: Introducing a rotating or changing menu would be a huge "extra point" for this hotel and would definitely enhance the guest experience.

I stayed for 1 night . I loved the hotel. The rooms were spotless . Food was amazing. Staff are friendly. They have a shuttle bus which runs frequently to different malls. Wilson the concierge was very kind . He is very professional and hard working . I went to the pool bar , which was really nice . The staff were amazing. Rothil in the lounge in 29th floor was also excellent in customer service. I highly recommend

The rooms are okay and meet expectations for this type of hotel, clean and comfortable. The pool is large enough for the hotel’s capacity, and the pool staff are very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Unfortunately, the front desk staff often seem rushed and do not always give guests enough attention. However, a special mention goes to Rhea, the concierge, who was extremely kind, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options and includes live cooking, which is a nice touch. The hotel’s location is quite good, with relatively easy access to key areas of Dubai. Overall, a decent hotel with strong points such as the pool area, breakfast, and concierge service, but with room for improvement at the reception.

We liked all. The personal was very lovely and polite, especially Sophia who serves breakfasts. She always asked us “ what will we like, and how are we doing”. The swimming pool is very cool, water is perfect.But you need to be ready, this hotel located not close to the beach and shops. However, hotel has a bus, which drive to the beach and shops. So, we enjoyed with this vacation. 😀

The hotel was great. Me and my wife experienced fantastic hospitality and kindness. Especially from the concierge Wilson who helped us with some information and also with the luggage. The room was marvellous too. Moreover, the hotel's cusine was full of international diversity so we could explore amazing journey of profound tastes. The hotel staff makes you feel at home.

I’ve made it recently stayed at Millennium Place Barsha Heights Hotel in Dubai and had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel is modern, spotlessly clean, and offers great value for money in a convenient location – close to the metro, Mall of the Emirates, and Dubai Marina, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with lovely city views, and the amenities like the rooftop pool, gym, and breakfast buffet were fantastic. The variety of food options was impressive, and everything felt well-maintained. What truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service from the staff. In particular, I’d like to give a special shout-out to Wilson, the service boy (bellboy), who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. He went above and beyond with luggage assistance, quick responses to requests, and always had a warm smile that brightened the day. The entire team was professional and welcoming, contributing to a relaxing and enjoyable visit. Special thanks to Wilson, he was always very supportive and helpful.I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return. Thank you for a great stay!

Excellent hotel, we are here for the second time and next time we will definitely come here. Good location. Excellent service, despite the current situation and there are not so many people in the hotel, we got a full service. I especially want to say thank you very much to Sharif and Erica. It was very nice to talk to Sharif about Dubai and he was always ready to help in everything.

We experienced very nice guest service and support from each person in the hotel. I would like to a special thanks to person Rhea for her kind service.. I have one suggestion for seating capacity in the restaurant, please ensure enough seats for guests.

Ho soggiornato al Millennium Place Marina a Dubai e posso dire che è stata un’esperienza davvero fantastica! Fin dal primo momento mi sono sentito accolto con grande professionalità e gentilezza. La struttura è moderna, elegante e curata in ogni dettaglio. La camera era spaziosa, sempre perfettamente pulita e molto confortevole. La colazione è stata eccezionale: c’era una grandissima varietà di cibo, tutto freschissimo e buonissimo. Dal dolce al salato, ogni cosa era preparata con qualità. Anche i bagni e la doccia erano impeccabili, sempre puliti e profumati. Ogni servizio offerto dall’hotel è stato all’altezza delle aspettative, anzi le ha superate. Lo staff è sempre disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta e pronto ad aiutare con il sorriso. Mi è piaciuto davvero tantissimo tutto: posizione, comfort, servizio e atmosfera. Consiglio questo hotel a chiunque voglia vivere un soggiorno perfetto a Dubai. Per me è assolutamente un cinque stelle meritatissimo!

Notre séjour a été plus qu’agréable dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est vraiment adorable, toujours prêt à vous assister en cas de besoin. Usman a toujours été à notre écoute, et le service est impeccable. Nous n’avons eu aucun problème durant notre séjour, et on recommande fortement cet hôtel, de l’accueil, en passant par le petit dej, la piscine, et surtout pour son personnel. Merci à tous.

Были в феврале 2026. Отель - твердая 4ка. Номера немного уставшие, например, отходят/ оторваны от стен. Ванная хорошая, но душевая шторка облазит. Убираются ежедневно, хорошо. Постельное белье, полотенца все чистые. В отеле все приветливые, помогают. Есть русскоговорящий администратор ресторана - для многих большой плюс. Завтраки - обычный шведский стол, только всегда большая очередь к кофе. Очень долго ждать приходится. Ужины не всегда удачные. Часто бывает, что ешь холодное блюдо. Отдыхом в отеле довольны) Спасибо за гостеприимство!

Hotel (apartamenty) oceniamy na takie 3,5/5. Zaraz opiszę dlaczego. Po przyjeździe przywitali nas Panowie, którzy pomogli pomóc z bagażami, zaprowadzili do lobby i tam od razu rezerwacja. Byliśmy około 12:00-pokój otrzymaliśmy 14:30(od 14:00 doba hotelowa). Pokój przestronny, ale łazienka moim zdaniem do odświeżenia. W pokoju czuć wilgoć, nawet po wietrzeniu. Więc jest nieprzyjemnie. Po zgłoszeniu zmienili nam pokój na niższym piętrze, w którym również było czuć wilgoć ale już mniej. Na śniadaniach nie było tłoczno, lecz np.chleb był tylko tostowy. Obsługa uprzejma, miła, uśmiechnięta-duży plus. Lokalizacja ok, ale bez szału. Blisko carrefour, starbucks i to na tyle. Fajne rozwiązanie darmowy autobus na bluewaters, kite beach itd. Jedzie on dłuuuuugo bo zbieranina po hotelach ale jest za darmo, więc nie ma co narzekać.

I was meeting a visitor for a cup of coffee. First time in the hotel. It was extremely busy in the lobby, but there is a big lobby and the staff were handling it well. Cafe was fine, good coffee. Although they could have bigger tables and more chairs. There were 3 of us and the table was for two people, as were ALL the tables. Decent hotel though.

I had a great experience at M2 in Barsha Heights. The atmosphere is modern, cozy, and very relaxing — perfect whether you want to unwind, get some work done, or meet friends. The coffee was excellent and served fresh, and the food quality honestly exceeded my expectations. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The staff were professional, welcoming, and very attentive without being intrusive, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot with great vibes, quality drinks, and friendly service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Staff are very kind and are always willing to help. I arrived way too early to Dubai due to last minute changes on my business schedule. Mr. Zakaria was on the reception desk, he was incredibly helpful, smooth and fluent in everything. On top of those, he is one great communicator. A true credit to your establishment. This is my "to go" place from now on. The room was clean. Service was good. The location is perfect. Very close to the malls and beach.
