I would like to thank the Millennium Hotel team for their outstanding hospitality. I visited with my family, and one of the reception employees noticed that it was my son’s birthday. Later, when we returned to our room from the pool, we were pleasantly surprised to find a birthday cake waiting for us along with a lovely birthday message. This level of care and attention was truly exceptional and completely unexpected. In addition, our room was upgraded and a gift was also provided, which made our stay even more special. Thank you to everyone for making this occasion memorable. ❤️❤️❤️

Had a wonderful stay at Millennium Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The food was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options and beautifully presented dishes. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend Millennium Hotel Kuwait to anyone looking for comfort, great dining, and excellent service from Angelie.

I purchased a Pool Day-Pass (15 KD). It includes a drink (water / soft drink) and a choice of Margherita pizza or club sandwich, which is nice. Everything else on the menu is paid. The pool is clean and large. All the staff are nice, helpful, and respectful. I recommend a few upgrades to make the experience better. The pool showers are spacious and clean but unfortunately they smell like sewage, and the fake grass rug in the pool area looks worn and is toxic and may not be the safest option for guests walking barefoot. Replacing it with interlocking wooden deck tiles would be a big improvement.

طبعاً هاي مو اول مره ناخذ هاي الفندق، بس هل مرة طريقه تعامل شخص واحد اسمه فردوس جداً سيئ وكان عندنا مشكله شخصية ومددنا وكان شباك الغرفه خراب و ازعاج من الغرف الثانية ويدرون ان الدور في ازعاج و طبعاً كان يتعامل معانه ^فردوس^ بطريقة نفسيه ومن غير نفس بس لان في لاعبين وافرقة من بلاد غير وفي حركه في الفندق ومايبون زبائن هاي الي فهمته من تعامله. وحتى يوم نبي ننقل الاغراض للغرفه الثانيه الشخص الي ياخذ الاغراض خذ نصها و سحب علينا واحنا ننطره ياخذ الاغراض الباقية. و في قلت احترام من الناس الي تقعد في الفندق وأصواتهم عاليه و محد يوجّه لهم اي كلام او شي ، صراحاً هاي اول مره جذي يتعاملون معانه واحنا من البحرين و قبل معاملتهم معانه جداً راقية و ممتازه وحتى الفندق كان غير جداً. بس في شخصين جداً محترمين وخلوقين واحد مصري و الثاني باكستاني نسيت اسمائهم للامانه بس اصراحه يستاهلون كل الاحترام والتقدير و الحب. وللكن اقترح ان تروحون فندق ثاني افضل. This is not our first time in the Millennium Salmiya, but for the first time the attitude is so bad there is stuff names Fardus he’s so bad with us and we have a personal issue and we extended and the room was connected room it was ruined from the window it was noisy too and the attitude of Fardus was literally so bad with us just because there is a football players and the hotel become good. And also the stuff for our items for the other room he took half of our items only and he left and we were waiting for him whole the time. Literally this is our first time that happened for us and we are from Bahrain and before there attitude with us was so good and respectful.

فندق جيد فيه غرف متعددة الأحجام ينفع للعوايل بالقرب منه بقالة و مغسلة ملابس وجامع ومواقف في خلفية الفندق ومطاعم .. الفندق جيد لكن يعيبه عدم وجود عزل جيد للغرف عادي تسمع أصوات السيارات يوجد مسبح في الفناء الخارجي لم تتم تجربة الإفطار

فندق ميلينيوم – إقامة مريحة وتجربة تستحق التكرار الغرف في فندق ميلينيوم واسعة ونظيفة جداً، الفرش مريح، والجو العام فيها راقي ومرتب. العزل ممتاز والهدوء يخليك ترتاح فعلاً، والمرافق داخل الغرفة كاملة ومجهزة بكل شيء تحتاجه. الخدمة أكثر من ممتازة؛ الموظفين محترمين، سريعين بالاستجابة، وفعلاً يبذلوا جهد ليخلّوا إقامتك أفضل. الاستقبال راقي، والمعاملة محترفة من الدخول للخروج. أما الموقع الجغرافي، فهو نقطة قوة أساسية. قريب من كل الخدمات، المولات، والمطاعم، ووصوله سهل سواء بالسيارة أو التاكسي. مكانه مثالي للزوّار وحتى للي بدهم فندق قريب من قلب المدينة بدون زحمة كبيرة. باختصار: فندق يجمع بين الراحة، الخدمة الممتازة، والموقع المميز… ويستحق التجربة.

Let me sum it up. I thought this hotel is luxurios especially the room was very basic looks old though its a very new hotel. Just looked dated. Break fast area was amazing but food variety and quality were too bad tbh. Was expecting more . Will never book there again!

الفندق المفترض ٥ نجوم ولكن الواقع عكس ذلك، الخدمة جيدة لكن الغرفة نفسها قديمة وتصميمها غير مناسب، لا يوجد بلاك بجانب السرير والاماكن الموجوده فيهم كلهم في الارض وبعيدة، التكييف ما يشتغل ونمنا اول ليلة كلها بدون تكييف لان خربان ومحد لاحظ هذا قبل لا يسلمونا الغرفة، نقلونا لغرفة ثانية ثاني يوم ونفس المشكلة كانت موجودة وانتظرنا ٤٠ دقيقة الساعه ٤ الفير عشان يصلحون المكيف، طلبنا من عندهم سحور وكان اقل من جيد موقعه جيد والخدمة جيدة لكن المشكلة الفندق قديم جدداً يحتاج تطوير

Room is clean and everything thing but I have a comment on the bathroom wall .. it literally has cobwebs on it 🫣 on more than one spot .. service is ok but I wish they were smiling and welcoming more .. they are like robots or at least thats how I felt 😬..

Bu otel 5 yıldız olmaktan çok uzaktan, çalışanlar kaba yemekler lezzetsiz, ilk defa Kuveyt’e gelen birisi olarak ülkedeki deneyimimi gerçekten olumsuz etkiledi. Ne sorarsanız hayır yanıtını alacaksınız, para bozduramazsınız dünyanın diğer yerinde otellerde yaptığınız gibi, odalar da eski ve banyolar kokuyor.

I've been coming to Millenium Hotel in almost the past 4 years, this hotel makes me feel at home and very comfortable. Hani, the manager is such an amazing host and all his team members are as wonderful as he is. Thank you Hani for facilitating my visa and making my stay as stress free as possible.
