Breakfast is good but the service is excellent. Manju give us great customer service. Rooms are clean. Just need to provide atleast 2 sets of vanity in bathroom since its a couple room

Professional Staff vs. Subpar Facilities Overall, my stay was not as satisfactory as I had hoped. While the human element at this hotel is exceptional, the infrastructure and facilities need urgent attention. The Positives: Outstanding Staff: The highlight of my stay was the team. From Reception and Housekeeping to the IT support and the Operations Manager, everyone was professional and eager to help. Problem-Solving: I truly appreciated how the team tried to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Convenience: The airport shuttle service is a great and reliable addition. Special Mention: A big thank you to Mr. Mohamed Hamed the Operations manager. His proactive approach, checking on our satisfaction, and his direct efforts in resolving our issues were the main reasons I didn't leave a more negative rating. The Negatives: Poor Wi-Fi: The internet service was weak overall and particularly unreliable on the higher floors, requiring multiple calls to the IT department. AC System: The air conditioning units are frustratingly difficult to operate. Unlike standard professional systems, you have to read a manual/sign above the controller just to adjust it, leading to an uncomfortable room climate. Cleanliness: The general cleanliness of the hallways and floors needs much more care. Also, the "Make Up Room" sign was ignored, and I had to call Reception specifically to get the room cleaned. Bed Comfort: The mattress and pillows were disappointing. I woke up with neck pain and body aches—an issue I rarely face at hotels, as high-quality bedding is usually a standard for guest comfort. Conclusion: The staff's professionalism and hospitality are the only reasons I would consider returning. However, for a truly comfortable stay, the management needs to upgrade the Wi-Fi, the AC controls, and the quality of the bedding.

Very good employees with great hospitality…the hotel is soo cleaned and organized with all the facilities available. The halls were equipped with humidifiers that spreads the lovely fragrances all day long. Breakfast is great with lot of options. Dinner is fantastic…there was an offer on the valentines day a room for 2 with nice decorations and dinner and breakfast included for 50kd only…the dinner was awesome with great seafood variety. Definitely will come again

It was an excellent experience. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

We had our dinner at Sky Zone Restaurant and it was a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and the staff were awesome and very friendly. A special thanks to Hamed ,Bola, Remon, and Aye — such wonderful people who made our visit even more enjoyable. I will definitely come again!

This is my first time visit in Skyzone restaurant kuwait. I had very wonderful time and F/B services were very good. The Manager Mr Hamed, very humble person, Ms Aye, Mr. Boula Mr. Remon they are so dedicated and helpful and service very nice way. Overall everything was wonderful.

Everything is very amazing and excellent service with Manju and the chef is very accomodating with our request chef Vincent. super yummy food😋Must come back😍❤️❤️

Opinion on the buffet: Very tasty food and cooked well. It tasted delightful and the service was great, the waiters were very helpful.

I recently had a fantastic stay at the Millennium Central Kuwait Downtown and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional, but what truly made the experience stand out was the exceptional staff. I want to give a special shout-out to Gauri, who looked after me during my stay. Her hospitality was truly awesome; she was attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. It is rare to find such genuine care and attention to detail, and she is a true asset to the hotel team. Highlights of my stay: Service: Warm and personalized, thanks to Gauri’s efforts. Location: Perfectly situated in the heart of downtown, making it easy to get around. Comfort: The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and offered a great night's sleep.
