I would like to share my excellent experience with QuickService in Sobha Hartland. The service was truly outstanding. I came in with an issue — my phone was not charging. Salman assisted me immediately, was extremely polite, calm, and professional, and fixed the problem within minutes. The phone started charging right away — very impressive service. On the same day, I also replaced the batteries in two of my car remotes. The team charged only for the batteries, with no service fee, which I really appreciated. In addition, Ajmal kindly helped me with my AirPods — he carefully fixed the lid free of charge, just out of goodwill. Both Salman and Ajmal are exceptionally friendly, respectful, and attentive. You truly feel that they care about helping the customer, not just completing a transaction. Fast, professional, and genuinely kind service. 10/10. Highly recommended.

I had a very good experience at this mobile repair shop. My phone had a serious issue and I was worried it might not be repairable, but the team checked it carefully and explained the problem clearly. The repair was done quickly and the price was very reasonable compared to other shops. I would also like to appreciate the assistant manager for the professional way he handled customers and ensured everything was organized smoothly. The staff very friendly(Carmel)helpful, and very knowledgeable. Now my phone works perfectly again. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable and honest mobile repair service

Pls keep in mind - pricing in this place is done out of mind... Unfortunately, I faced charges for payment links, ppl also may give a bulk price for total order failing to justify breakdown per each item to fix etc. Sorry, but that is very unpleasant to deal with, not to mention that often you come and have to spend time in person because nothing prepared in advance.

I brought in some clothes for alterations and I’m beyond impressed with the results. The fit is now perfect—it’s like the pieces were custom-made for me. The tailoring at Minutes is precise, professional, and done with great attention to detail. Highly recommend them if you need your wardrobe to fit exactly right.

I had an issue with my iPhone 17 pro max and I came to Minutes and got support from two kind employees Salman and Inayath. Super fast in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommended and had an incredible experience and definitely coming back for other services too. 🙏🏼

Today is 15th of April 2025 9.48PM. I’m a resident of Sobha and a regular customer at Minutes. However, I had a very disappointing experience today. I visited the printing shop to get just 12 pages scanned, and despite there being no rush or queue, I had to wait for more than 30 minutes. The staff seemed to be occupied with phone calls and showed little regard for customer service. As a loyal customer, I expected better treatment. This level of service is truly unacceptable, and I hope the management takes steps to improve responsiveness and customer care.

I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I paid first and only checked the product afterward, only to realize that absolutely nothing had been done. There was no visible work or improvement at all. When I asked for a refund, I was told that it was not possible because I had paid by card. That explanation is simply unacceptable. The payment method should not determine whether a refund is possible, especially when the service was clearly not provided as expected. This feels like a complete scam. I would strongly advise others to be very careful before paying upfront.

It was the quickest fix of my skirt - the seams had come undone! Zaki managed the issue in less than a minute - the place definitely stands by its name. Thank you so much, guys!

Went to this store for Watch fix. Inayath & Marvin 2 gentleman helped with every single way; plus I bought Apple Watch band strap their help was so good. All under 90Dirhams and service was so good. Would return here in the future for sure!

The manager Carmel, and technician Sandu, were both incredibly helpful and professional. The service was quick, smooth, and absolutely perfect 💯 Amazing customer service from start to finish. This is my miracle shop for everything. Inayath has been a tremendous help. I have now had my bags and shoes repaired and pictures framed. Keys cut, adapters, measuring tape and more. Love this shop.

Paid 75 AED just to tighten 5 sunglasses. No cleaning or additional service was done. The price is quite high for such a simple adjustment. Please be transparent about pricing.

Awful awful service and communication. Strung us along after dropping off my phone to be repaired, 6 days without any proper updates or communication then did a bait and switch on price and tried to add additional costs on top. After finally being fed up and telling them to return my phone they held it another two days and my phone is missing bottom screws. Avoid at all costs. It’s not worth the terrible back and forth where they play games and keep your phone! Seems like an issue in other reviews as well. Untrustworthy. I regret even thinking to come here for repair. RESPONSE to shop: You already have my contact, stop replying with the same template and not solving any issues. This is for the +316 area code! Horrible
