Mio Gusto Cake Shop, Kizhakkekara

We recently visited Mio Gusto and sampled three of their offerings: the Matilda Cake, their signature cream bun, and the caramel bombolone. Without hesitation, the Matilda Cake stood out as the clear winner. The chocolate sponge was exceptionally moist soft to the point that it genuinely melted in the mouth. The accompanying ganache elevated it further, with a rich chocolate depth balanced by a subtle buttery note. The signature cream bun was good and satisfying, though not extraordinary. The caramel bombolone, however, was average and did not quite match the expectations set by the other items. Beyond the food, the experience was positive. The service was attentive and warm, with special care shown towards our daughter, which deserves appreciation. The ambience was pleasant, the coffee was decent, and ample car parking space made the visit convenient.

Visited Mio Gusto Cake Shop recently and had a good overall experience. The bakery has a really nice ambience with a clean and pleasant interior that makes it a comfortable place to visit for cakes and desserts. Parking facilities are available, which is definitely convenient compared to many smaller cake shops in the area. The staff behaviour was also good and the overall service experience felt smooth and welcoming. We bought a pineapple cake, and it was actually really nice. The cake tasted fresh, soft, and flavorful without being overly sweet. The quality and presentation were good as well. Other items also looked attractive and neatly displayed. The pricing felt slightly on the higher side, but considering the ambience and presentation, it still felt acceptable. Overall taste was good, though not something extremely extraordinary. Overall, it’s a nice cake shop with good ambience, decent service, and quality cakes. A good place to visit for cakes, desserts, and special occasion orders.

Amazing café with a great ambiance! The cozy interiors, friendly staff, and delicious food... it is a perfect spot to relax. Their coffee is rich and flavorful, and the desserts are a must-try. Loved the peaceful atmosphere!

Bought a tiramisu slice. It was straight from the freezer and very hard. No coffee taste at all , not soaked. Very bad product and experience.

We had a wonderful time at this café, the interior design really added to the warm ambience. The beautiful presentation of the variety of desserts with the excellent service made our experience here very memorable.

Happened to visit this place recently. Never knew Muvattupuzha had such a Bakehouse that serves the best of Italian, German, French pastries, with such perfection, authenticity & Presentation..Apart from these pastries, they also bake their own cookies, in different flavors, they make fresh cakes in almost all flavors & in whatever way you want. They have a good selection of Mojitos & Shakes too. While celebrating your happy moments in life, if you want a cake, they will bring it to your door-steps. In case, if you want to celebrate at the cake shop itself, they have arrangements for that too. Just give them a call & they will decorate their Celebration Point & make all arrangements. They even have the accessories for various celebrations in life. So it is a wholesome Cake shop, you must try, at least once. Very nice and small bakery. It's on the main. You can access this without much detour. The pricing average. There are affordable items while some are highly priced. Small place with a good ambience and well trained staff. The facilty is cleanly maintained and washrooms are also very well maintained.

What makes this place so special is not only the quality and variety of foods/sweets offered and the very friendly service but its location : away from the city crowds. Highly recommend it.

For me this place is something special, because of my save the date photo shoots conducted here. And then we came to know about this cake shop and their service. The ambiance was absolutely WoW for me. They have plenty of cakes pastries and all and we tried some of them 👍 perfect for a cake lover. After that day we’ve visited that cake shop many times.

A small shop in near to chalikadavu bridge where you can enjoy really good desserts if you are a sweet lover.. they have wide variety of items you could try out i liked everything we tried and would definitely recommend to visit.. they got good parking space in front and good dinein space and good staffs too.. do give it a try ..

Yes, its really a beautiful place, superb customer care, that i loved more than there cake. ഒരു ബംഗാളി ആണ് അവിടെ ജോലിക് നിക്കുന്നത്, അതോ ആസ്സാമി ആണോ, i dont know. Anyway, language അറിയില്ലേലും പുള്ളിടെ ചിരി തന്നെ മതിയായിരുന്നു എനിക്ക് ❤️ superb ആ ഒരാൾ മാത്രം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നുള്ളു that time. പുള്ളി വന്ന് ഡോർ തുറന്നു with അടിപൊളി ചിരി, കേക്ക് ഒന്നും പറയാനില്ല shop പോലെ തന്നെ സൂപ്പർ ആയിട്ടുണ്ട്. Well designed, നമ്മൾ കൊടുത്ത same design. Very comfort zone to celebrate your small event's. And at last പുള്ളി തന്നെ door open ചെയ്ത് ഞങ്ങളെ wish ചെയ്തു.
