I had the worst haircut in the history of worst haircuts… that Indian lady first of all didn’t know how to give a layered cut… and when i confronted her she was in denial, no madam i did everything right i checked everything… i hate it… and what she gave me in the bame of “blowout” made me ick… money n time wasted… would never recommend going here…. My layers are not blending into each other, there a big chunk of hair laying blant on my shoulders… she cut it on a straight angle…. Very very very disappointed

A hairstylist actually injured me — burning or scraping the skin at the back of my neck — and their poorly designed wash basin caused severe neck pain, especially for someone of shorter height. This is basic customer safety and comfort, and they failed on both counts. What’s worse is their disgraceful handling of the situation. They refused to let me speak to a manager, blocked me on WhatsApp to avoid accountability, and even after unblocking me, still no manager has had the decency to call me back. This is not just bad service — it’s complete negligence followed by outright dismissal of a paying customer. If they had taken responsibility and apologized, this could have been resolved. Instead, they chose to ignore and evade. I strongly urge others to think twice before visiting. Their lack of professionalism and total disregard for customer complaints is unacceptable. I recently visited the salon and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the service itself was good—the staff was professional, and I was satisfied with the quality of the work done. However, I was quite disappointed with the overall experience due to a lack of basic customer care. When I asked for water, I was told that it was out of stock. For a salon, where customers often spend a considerable amount of time, not having something as basic as drinking water available is quite surprising and unacceptable. Small details like this make a big difference in how comfortable and valued a customer feels. While I do appreciate the effort and quality of the service provided, I believe the management needs to pay more attention to these essentials to ensure a better overall experience. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and improvements are made for future customers.

Very happy with the facial given by Anam, was very relaxing and rejuvenating. Hair stylist was Renu, listened to me carefully and gave a haircut as per my requirements. Nuskia gave a beautiful pedicure service. Absolutely coming back again. The staff is well trained and professional, however the admin at reception could be a little more polite and welcoming.

I don’t mean for anyone to look their job. Perhaps some training. Honestly came with long hair, wanted a really nice haircut. Their hairstylist ruined it completely. Haircut was so bad, she even struggled to blow dry it and make it look styled. I figured she didn’t do it right. My hair are wavy, so I wasn’t sure until I showered the following day. What a disaster. I straightened them to see really how bad they could be. I’m quite I’ve given myself a better haircut during COVID. Moreover, she was suggesting I go for a hair treatment. I wonder what she’s do to my hair I don’t think I’m coming back. Very disappointed

Take immediate action. The last time I came for a hair treatment, I gave a tip to the staff, when I returned for a hair wash, I asked the staff about it, and they said they did not receive any cash. I had given the tip to the Filipino cashier, but it seems it was not passed on. I also experienced rude behavior from the receptionist, which is not acceptable. The rest of the staff provide very good service, and I appreciate their work. However, because of this issue, I do not want to come back to your salon again. Please look into this matter.

For overall experience, from the moment you step into the salon, you will feel a very good and light feeling because you will be welcome and greet with a big smile from the receptionist. And once you get inside, everyone is so friendly, everyone will greet you with smile on their faces. And for the services, all are very professional from consultation till doing the service. Had the best hair treatment at mirrors in Ibn Batuta. I would highly recommend Hair specialist Theo, she advised me for the best hair cut and treatment for my hair and with patience and passion she gave me a very satisfying result! I will surely go again!

They did such a lovely job, I got highlights and I had some on my hair that looked terrible , they ended up not only fixing it, but it looked so much better than before, Manisha was lovely and im really happy with her as my stylist for the day. Great price rates by the way as a student I cant really afford too much, but they were very accommodating and understanding

The services are good. The ambience is decent and clean. The staff is normally very cordial. Visiting them for almost 3 years now. RENU is a good hairdresser. Soft spoken and caring.

1.Hygene -bad conditions in 2nd part of salon. 2.Cocoroch 3.Feet scrub 2 min,Halas,finish. 4.My finger is pain and pulsing after 3 days.Reply "U do gel often".🤣 No response about service. 5.Lady(salon worker) was picking around in her feets and didn't use soap for clean hands. About good-hair treatment is good,but again,My finger still PAIN. Oh thanks,guys,will walk with money to another place.

This salon is amazing, and is also my go-to! The ladies, especially Iram and Salma, were so kind and great with pedicures and hair coloring, as well as other services. Im so happy with my hair color and pedicure. I’d definitely recommend! :)

The technician did not knew how to fix my extensions first and instead of cutting my hair CHOOPED it. Horrible not reccomanded!
