Reception: The front desk staff was unprofessional and not very helpful. Wait Time: Very poor service regarding timing. Even with an appointment, the scan was delayed by two hours. Cost: The prices are slightly on the higher side compared to other facilities. Parking: Good parking available. Overall: I wouldn't recommend this place if you are on a tight schedule. They need to manage their appointments and staff much better.

Mithra Scans is a well-equipped, 24x7 scan center offering a wide range of X-ray and MRI services, including advanced and specialized scans. The place is professionally run with reliable, high-quality diagnostics. Though the pricing is slightly on the higher side, the accuracy, availability, and round-the-clock service make it worth considering in urgent or detailed scan cases.

We went there for MRI scan. Good service and support from the staffs. Car parking facility available. Located on 5 roads just opposite to Reliance Mall.

Their hospitality and setups are good but the PRO from front desk is rushing patients to be there very early and making seen to handover reports.. actually scan centre is open for 24 hours and There is no doctor, only service workers but he is making a seen of seeing doctor to get reports in scan centre. He is too much arguing and is rushing which makes patient nervous to reach out to the spot..

HSG Testing was conducted by a nurse instead of a Doctor. Pain during procedure was unbearable. The facility was not sufficient to make the patient comfortable. The environment made the procedure even painful. The place was totally uncomfortable.

I was for the MRI for 2 to 5 clock but they didn't call for My patient we asked that person. They told still 2 patient is waiting like that but we are waiting long time so we ask to refund the amount but that receptionist speak rudely. I didn't see that this much rude behavior . They doesn't know how to speak and how to convince the patient. Worst behavior for communicate the patient

No one is worried about the emergency of the patient. We have booked the token in the morning and still they are delaying for taking MRI and allowing all other patients inside without proper token. No proper response from the employees of this scan centre. The doctor association has to take action on this type of negligence. This scan centre is not recommendable at all. WORST

The appointment was scheduled for 4pm but we were asked to arrive an hour early. We arrived at 3pm and were told our appointment was marked for 4:30pm. This caused a significant delay of over two hours. Furthermore, other patients were admitted for scans before us. The service is also expensive and there are better options available in Salem.

Most types of scans and diagnosis are available. Most of the clinical doctors recommend mitra scans. Quick service Seating availability good Parking available Service was good Suggested by many people

I came and took PET CT scan Good Management Cleaning and infrastructure are very good Good Response but Money is too high at the same time Reports are delayed All doctors suggest Only Mithra scan? I don't know why they suggest? This much You can realise and Correcting your problems If you correct that This is one of the best Scan center in Salem Thank you Mithra scans😊!!!!

Appointment will not work they say come on 4 o clock appointment and they will ask you to wait minimum one hour. Mismanagement completely. Better choose some other scan in salem, they promise something before paying and you won’t get the report on same day lame excuses.

It's an emergency, staffs and managent supported well. Small suggestion if they rework on vehicle entry and exit would be really supportive

Price is too high, may this guys scanning well but can't afford poor people here, CT scan is RS.500 in GH other place less could be 2k the same here it's RS.3100 which is too high also too late for getting report.

Price wise costly all over compare to Salem. If any emergency they took one CT 3 hours , working staff are more lethagically answer for asking any thing. After CT taken for waiting report he said 3hours ,I am came from ATTUR, He said more than 3 hours for report. Worst one scan centre in salem only money minded.

First we got the report wrongly then we got doubt and asked for clarification....they changed the report and submitted. Kindly do not go this center if any serious scanning to be taken.

Not enough waiting chairs for patients. Especially for pregnant patients waiting to get their antenatal ultrasound. As there is no way to get a prior appointment, very uncomfortable.

Worst service... They didn't take the full scan but collected amount alone... Too costly... My 3000 got wasted i feel.... The persons working dont respond and has worst experience over there because of the staff members.. for giving the report they can't even give a cover as the cover is too costly as their scan cost. They have not scanned my hand but the main issue for me is the hand... Totally waste of money

Worst Scan Center in Salem. Not even worth for 1 star. We came at early morning 7:30 am for taking MRI Scan. Waited for more than 2 hours to do scanning and again they asked us to wait for 2 hours. We waited for more than 3 hours but we didn't get any reports. Instead they asked us to provide old scan report and all other reports regarding the surgery details and reports from the hospital we took treatment and surgery. Finally we got reports after 7 hours and the scan reports are not genuine. They just copied all the data from all scan reports and discharge summary. They are not efficient enough to determine the problem. Just doing copy from all reports with assumptions and provide us the scan reports for name sake.
