I went to Danata store twice and the staffs were so interracted good way of talking and respecting including store incharge Ganga maam.Appricated the good service given to the customers.Mostly thanks to Ganga maam always keep charming.👏😊

"I had a very disappointing experience at this shop today around 10:55 PM. I purchased two beers, and when I requested a paper cover or a bag to carry them, the staff refused, stating they didn't have any. As a customer, I believe it is the shop's responsibility to provide basic packaging for the products they sell. To make matters worse, the staff's behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional when I asked for a cover. Instead of being helpful, they misbehaved, which is completely unacceptable. A customer should be treated with respect, but here, the service was pathetic. I wouldn't recommend this place if you expect decent customer service."

Dear Team, I would like to share my concerns about the MMI score system. I find it misleading and believe it is mainly used as a marketing tool rather than a fair rewards system. Customers are encouraged to trust the score and buy more products to earn points, but those points can only be used on wine items, not bar-based liquor. This is disappointing and feels unfair. Because of this, I have lost trust in the company and its scoring system. In comparison, African Eastern provides a more transparent and reliable experience for customers.

All of the staff there are just amazing! So helpful, so fun and happy and so kind. The only one I go to now

I highly recommend this place, I was completely impressed with their professionalism, customer service and dealing, pricing is fair and definitely value for money.
