I was the customer at MMI Deira on 2 November around 9 PM. I opened an EXO bottle by mistake, but I did NOT drink it. I was ready to explain and even pay if needed. The security guy was respectful and listened. But your staff Bishal started shouting at me in front of everyone like I was stealing. This is not how you talk to a customer. If there is a problem, you call the in-charge or the manager — you don’t shout in the shop in front of other customers. It was embarrassing and totally unprofessional. Please check your CCTV and listen to how your staff talks to people. This is Dubai, not a street shop. I hope management takes action, because I will escalate it. This is the second time it happened from your staff and I was having friend with me I’m using this shop every time even there’s many near to me but sorry with this stuff you will not grow and the Shem that when I asked ho is the manager was setting near to as watching the the action without any reaction the African ( security) better than them very helpful African eastern by walk 7 min near by I went there never to see this things happening

The store was crowded and the checkout process took longer than expected. Staff were polite, but additional counters or faster service during peak hours would improve the experience.

I would really like to appreciate, the Security guy they call him Tom or Tommy not sure he said he was from Uganda. I have been in be in different mmi locations, but this guy was really helped and good customer service 👏🏽. Mostly Security they just stand and control the the flow, but with him he was like a sales representative assisting going an Extra mile to help . Thank you for your kind and amazing support

I had a very nice experience there, I was the only woman in the time I went and I need a very little beer, They are very respectful and Gentle. The guard man over there help to not stay on the long queue by myself just like Gentleman 👍🏻👍🏻
