Worse place to purchase phones.‼️ Showroom products / Refurbished phone is sold in new polythene packaging. I used it for about a week and then there was an issue with the camera (m06) They said "This has been repaired so I can't claim warranty now."

Good place to buy mobile phones. Most of the samsung phones available with company warranty. Really good customer care. They support customers never urge to buy. Not much crowded but giving good helping hands. They are charging 3% for card payments. But they will walk with you to ATM machine to collect cash. You do not have to walk to ATM and walk back to buy the device.

Recently bought a iPhone from them with Abans warranty. So far so good.

I have got about 3 phones from them and I have received the best service. they are very friendly and the products they sell are guaranteed to be really good.. The phone that I am using now is a Samsung A50s which I got from them and I accidentally dropped it in water.. 🤦🏽‍♂️Anyway I spoke to them they said bring it and come that they will try to get it working.. and guess what they did and so far I have no problems.. the reason I say this is because the after sales service is amazing.. if u get a phone from Mobo u are guaranteed not only a good product but also amazing after sales service..

* The Mobo tech is provide a better service to their customers and after sales service is excellent * They have a latest mobile brands * and all products are high quality . * but it difficult to get a urgent quotation request. * specially appreciated their customer service which including all staff.

I bought a SAMSUNG Galaxy A12 from this place. They provided good customer service, and I got the same discounted price that was given to a previous customer. The Manager Mr. Chathuranga was a good person and had a friendly conversation with me. A good place to buy a smartphone.

I bought my iPhone 15 from Mobo.lk in September 2023. They offered the best price and excellent service!

Mr. Chathuranga is very friendly and knows a lot about phones. He explained exactly why we were charged a few thousand more for the seller warranty. If it were another place they’d just sell the phone and get the money. I got my iPhone XR from them. It’s a good location as well on the 1st floor of liberty plaza. Great communication and customer service. Keep it up guys. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next phone :)
