The Modern American international school (MAIS)

Hello, The school is generally average, but there are some issues that need to be improved. Most teachers are not performing well, although there are also some excellent ones. I prefer not to mention any names to avoid any problems. There are a few important points that should be addressed in order to improve the school: 1. Activities for the boys’ section: There should be more activities for boys. Currently, there are almost no activities in the boys’ section, while the girls’ section has many. This feels unfair to the boys. 2. Teachers’ performance: Many teachers receive repeated complaints, yet no noticeable changes happen. In some cases, the situation even gets worse. This issue needs serious attention. 3. Break time conditions: Students are forced to go outside during break time, even when the weather is extremely hot. This should be reconsidered. Students who prefer to stay inside should be allowed to do so, even if it means sitting in a supervised indoor area. Thank you. I do not intend to offend anyone—this is simply my opinion. The school has good aspects, but it needs some improvements to become better.

Very disappointed with this school. The level of education is below expectations, and the teaching quality does not match the fees being charged. Unfortunately, the overall behavior and manners of many students are also very poor, which creates a negative environment and affects learning. The school does not seem to have strong discipline or effective policies to maintain respect and proper conduct. I do not recommend this school.

I had a very disappointing experience with Modern American School. The overall cleanliness of the school is below acceptable standards—facilities don’t feel well-maintained, which is concerning for a learning environment. On top of that, the quality of education does not meet expectations. The system feels disorganized, and there isn’t enough support for students to actually succeed or improve. Communication and management also seem lacking, which makes the situation even worse. Overall, I would not recommend this school based on my experience.

Honestly, our school is really good. The teachers are super nice and actually care about helping you learn. The environment is clean and everyone’s pretty friendly. There’s always something fun going on like events and you can really be yourself here. I’ve had such a good experience and made great memories with my friends and teachers and I totally recommend it! I’ve also learned a lot and feel like I’ve grown not just in schoolwork but as a person too. The supervisors are really supportive and always listen if you have any problems. Overall, it’s just a great place to study, have fun, and make good memories.

Very unprofessional school. My little brother, who is in second grade, has been facing bullying for a whole year with no proper action from teachers or administration. He is also exposed to inappropriate language in class and was even physically assaulted due to lack of supervision. Despite raising concerns, the school failed to handle the situation responsibly. A school should provide a safe environment, and unfortunately, this one does not.

Overall, it’s a great place to study, make lasting friendships, and prepare for the future. I’m proud to be part of this school and grateful for all the experiences and lessons it has given me.

Honestly as someone who endured a horrible British curriculum-run school, this school is a blessing, and the teachers actually care about you as a student and the satisfaction of your parents. They are respectful individuals and allow us the freedom to express, it’s so rare nowadays

I’ve been in this school since grade 3, and now that I’m graduating, I honestly can’t believe how fast time went by. This place became like a second home to me — I’ve grown up here, met amazing teachers, and made so many memories that I’ll never forget. From the fun school events to the friendships and everything I learned along the way, it’s been such a big part of my life. I’m really thankful for all the support and experiences I got throughout the years. I’ll definitely miss it and everyone in it ❤️

I've been in this school since 3rd grade and now I'm in 11th, I've see the highs and lows of this school. it was a great journey filled with fun and benefiting moments between the school community and I. I truly believe that MAIS isn't just about learning , it's about the bonding between teachers, students, the administration and the principle all together. it might not have the best facilities, but it truly feels like home to most of us. everyone is helping each other hand by hand , sharing it all together which what makes MAIS

An horrendous school..the boys section? The bathrooms? This isnt a school this is an wasteland..i went to the bathroom seeing 8th graders vape? The administration doesn’t even care about the students,the teachers cant control the boys, dont go to this school

I’m a senior now, and I’ve really enjoyed my time at MAIS. I have been in this school since kg1. The teachers are kind and always willing to help. I’ve made great friends and many happy memories here, it feels like a big family where everyone supports each other. ❤️

This school is really good in many ways like the cleanliness and the teaching, the teachers here are really friendly and kind, they help out the students as much as the students need either explanation or any other type of help. I recommend you to come to this school

Hello I’m a student of a school and we really need somebody to teach each class what to do when there’s a student unconscious. I’ve heard from my younger brother that a student passed out and every student in that classroom kept slapping the poor boy; it wasn’t a way to get somebody conscious, instead it’ll cause more bruises. So please make a meeting between the supervisors and hod. Make an agreement about teaching the kids how to do in this situation. Its becoming concerning now
