آرامگاه محمدعلی جناح، موسس پاکستان

به ناگاه یاد آرامگاه رضاشاه می افتم که به ناحق تخریب شد، ولی مزار محمدعلی جناح با چهار سرباز تفنگ به دست، دائم محافظت می شود. فضای سبز کمی کاستی دارد که باید جبران شود، خود بنا باشکوه و عظیم ست مانند کاری که محمدعلی کرد. پاکستانی ها بسیار وی و خواهرش فاطمه جناح را دوست دارند. برای کسانی که با ویلچر آمده اند یا پادرد دارند، آسانسور شیشه ای تعبیه شده. این را هم گوشزد کنم که قبل از پله های اصلی، چندین کفشکن وجود دارد که باید کفشها را تحویل داد. بنابراین بهتر است در ساعات گرما و اوج تابش به محوطه وارد نشوید. ورودی 150روپیه پاکستان است.

مکان دیدنی بسیار زیبای پلکانی با فواره های آب ، فضای سبز و موزه و آرامگاه محمدعلی جناح. البته در مورد وجود موزه هیچ توضیح و راهنمایی ارائه نشده. ورودی فقط از طرف شاهراه قائدین باز است. مبلغ ورودی هم ۲۰ روپیه برای هر نفر می باشد. مراسم خاص پایین آوردن پرچم خیلی جالب است. ساعت کار تا ۱۸:۳۰ می باشد.

However, one important point visitors should know is that the entrance inside the mausoleum has been closed to the general public for a long time. You can view the monument from outside, walk around the premises, and enjoy the atmosphere, but going inside is not allowed. Another concern is the entry fee of 40 rupees per person. Charging the public to visit the shrine of their own founder does not feel appropriate and takes away from the spirit of free public access to such a national monument. Despite this restriction, the place still holds great historical value and emotional significance. Visiting during the evening is especially pleasant due to the lighting and cooler weather. Overall, Mazar-e-Quaid remains a must-visit landmark in Karachi for its beauty, symbolism, and peaceful surroundings. I came to Mazar-e-Quaid to recite Fatiha. The place itself is very nice, peaceful, and well maintained, but unfortunately, entry inside was not allowed at that time. However, the control room staff, Marwat and Faisal, were extremely kind and cooperative. Because of their help and understanding, we were able to go inside and recite Fatiha. Overall, it was a good and respectful experience, and I really appreciate their kindness.

Mazar-e-Quaid, Karachi, visited on 13-01-2026, is a calm and dignified monument that symbolizes the greatness of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and inspires deep national pride. Quaid-e-Azam’s historic achievement was his visionary and constitutional leadership that united the Muslims of the subcontinent and led to the creation of Pakistan in 1947, laying the foundation of an independent state based on the principles of unity, faith, and discipline.

A must visit place for every Pakistani if on a visit to Karachi. We owe to Muhammad Ali Jinnah Sahab for the place we’re living in. The surrounding park was all crowded and bustling with people but nobody was allowed to visit the Quaid due to security. I had to visit Quaid and pay my regards so I decided to take special permission from the security office. Was granted and therefore came to his place. It was an emotional moment praying for Muhammad Ali Jinnah sahab in front of him. We did that and returned. Cleanliness in the restricted area was on point but the park and around was littering according to our identity. Must visit place
