Hi, Normally I don’t write individual’s review much. But this time it’s different and I feel that it’s an injustice if I don’t write my personal review of Mr. Ruman Ahmed at Mohanlal Sons, Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi though its after 8 months of work done by him. Last year, due to a wedding in the family, we had bought few dresses which needed alterations. And here my good luck that all were done by Mr. Ruman Ahmed. My all claps to Ruman Ji for his highly professional, dedicated and impeccable work in all the dresses. It was class a part. Best thing was that he guided us well regarding correct specifications that one should keep for alterations instead of our half knowledge reg specs. His deep knowledge and understanding of the fabric is really commendable. Just yesterday, we happened to visit Mohanlal Sons at Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj but got disheartened to know that he has been transferred from there and we could not buy anything. We would request management of Mohanlal Sons to kindly bring him back to Vasant Kunj branch. He is a great asset for any organization, and his association should be well respected Thank you.

Excellent customer service! All staff very friendly, especially Debjyoti he was amazing. He and all his colleagues in the shop are very courteous! I would recommend mohanlals. The men’s garments are of a high quality ! Also the manager Sunil Kanojia and the tailor Ruman was very efficient and excellent work!!

We came here from US. Best place to shop for men’s Kurta sets. Reasonable price and excellent quality. Jagdish Singh Rawat provided excellent customer service. He worked hard with us and was very courteous and polite.

We are visiting Delhi for a wedding and friends recommended the store. Vikash Arora helped us make our choice from an amazing selection. He was patient and nothing was too much trouble. He got my husband to try on an outfit whi h we bought, and I had to buy a waistcoat too! If we come back to Delhi we will go back.

Lovely experience, specially amazed by the hospitality of Mr.Rajesh Anand. Went to get one item and brought multiple instead, it was a 10/10 experience, lovely collection and lovely curation for me. Very personal touch, will definitely buy again from here!

I’m really sorry to give a one-star rating, but it’s due to the sheer carelessness of your staff , especially the lady who promised to send our dress to our address by the end of the day on September 28. We trusted her and waited until 8:30 PM, but when we called the store, they were about to close. Because of her negligence, we had to take an Uber and rush to the store to collect our dress ourselves. I had clearly informed her twice that we were leaving Delhi early the next morning and that it was extremely important for us to receive the dress on time. Despite that, she didn’t take it seriously. The whole experience was very disappointing and literally frustrating.

I will recommend vasant kunj store for best experience and for the clothing. Vikas Arora assist me for selecting the best outfit and other staff seems decent too. Will recommend to purchase your best outfit from Mohanlal Sons.
