MOKAFÉ

The pistachio croissant at Mokafé in Weehawken is excellent. It’s fresh, flavorful, and easily one of the better pastries I’ve had around here. The only downside was the background music. It wasn’t just the volume. The music style itself was very intense, with heavy rock and strong beats that made the atmosphere feel more like a concert than a café. When people come for coffee and pastries, many are hoping for a calmer environment to relax, think, or chat. If the music were a bit softer and more in line with a café atmosphere, the experience would be much more enjoyable. I’d happily come back for that pistachio croissant.

Отличное кафе. Глаза разбегаются от выбора сладостей. Ну вот мне забыли принести заказ и я 40 минут ждал его прежде чем подойти к ним, оказалось они просто про меня забыли. Если вы приходите ранним утром помните что они могут про вас забыть. Поэтому если вам долго несут заказ просто подойдите и спросите у них вам дадут комплимент от заведения.

this is a lovely coffee shop that is perched on the Hudson River in Weehawken. It’s been open for just about two months now and has other locations. It is a welcoming environment for humans and dogs. The staff are friendly and warm and the pastries are excellent. It is a nice spot to sit and do some work or just chill. stunning views of the west side of Manhattan from the windows . Look forward to visiting here again!

This place is so good, with good views too 🫶🏻 I loved the thyme and chives toast and tiramisu latte. Would definitely come again.

coffee shop is a delightful find! The coffee is rich and perfectly brewed, and the tea selection is just as impressive—fragrant, full-bodied, and served just right. What really sets this place apart, though, are the authentic Middle Eastern sweets. The pastries are fresh and flavorful, and the baklava is some of the best I’ve had crispy, not overly sweet, and filled with quality nuts. You can tell everything is made with care. It’s the perfect spot to relax, enjoy a warm drink, and indulge in a little taste of the Middle East or just something different than the regular American brands.

I always have high expectations for the places I visit. I love it when a business thinks through every detail. This place is just perfect! I’m so happy to see how thoughtfully everything is done here — and it has the best matcha ever. Highly recommended! 🍵✨

El ambiente para una reunión, trabajar o simplemente tomarse un café es increíble, pero le falta mas limpieza, las mesas siempre están sucias y las sillas también, el personal no es tan amable y los postres son demasiado dulces. Los sandwich son ricos sin ser los mejores.. Me encanta la vista del lugar pero no puedo darle un gran puntaje porque como buena Colombiana el aseo y el servicio deben ser 10 de 10 en un lugar dónde ofrezcan alimentos.

This coffee shop is honestly amazing. The atmosphere is cozy yet energetic, making it perfect for getting some work done. The coffee tastes good. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the service is fast. The place is clean and comfortable, so you can easily spend hours here. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

I recently visited this establishment and had a mixed experience. The desserts were definitely the highlight - the caramel tres leches and Biscoff tres leches were both delicious, and the iced kinder bueno was really good as well. The quality of these items was impressive. However, I do feel the service could be better. There's room for improvement in terms of customer experience and attention to detail from the staff. The pricing is on the higher side, though I understand this might be due to the location. While the desserts justify some of the cost with their quality, the overall value considering the service level left something to be desired. Would I personally return? Probably not, given the service issues and pricing. However, I would still recommend this place to others, especially if you're looking for quality tres leches cakes and unique dessert options. The food itself is worth trying at least once.

Absolutely fantastic! The place is beautifully designed, the service is great. I had the carrot baklava - to die for. Very pleased we found this café.

Very nice coffee shop with access to stunning NYC views. The lavender lemonade was my favorite and their desserts are delicious especially if you love pistachio. Staff were super friendly and welcoming.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely love this place! It’s always spotless, cozy, and has such a welcoming vibe. They are truly pet friendly — they adore my little Luna, and they even give pets free pup cups just because they genuinely love animals that much. The staff… oh my god. They are the sweetest, kindest, most amazing people. Every visit feels personal and warm. They’re always smiling, always attentive, and they make you feel right at home.

I was so excited to see that Mokafe was opening a weehawken location! And boy did it live up to my expectations. The coffee shop is absolutely beautiful. Stunning decor and amazing ambiance. The staff was super friendly, made recommendations and offered my dog a pup cup. The pistachio latte was to die for. And all the Dubai chocolate treats that I tried were out of this world. This will definitely be my new regular coffee shop. I cant wait to explore and try the rest of the menu. 10/10 recommend!!

Phenomenonal coffee and tiramisu. I came with my girlfriend and the customer service and attentiveness is hands down the best. Definitely would agree with all the social media buzz and hype. Lives up to its reputation. Definitely recommend this to anyone coming down to this area or coming from the city.

Working in the area, I didn’t realize Mokafe. I am picky about the coffee I drink. Although I never tried this place, I wanted a cup of coffee. I was happy with my selection. I will need to try other items on the menu.

Newest and the most beautiful addition to waterfront. The vibe is WOW and you can enjoy your coffee almost floating on Hudson. Transports me to Dubai cause that’s how beautiful this cafe is. You can sit or do a takeaway and walk along the beautiful waterfront. Must try is definetly Dubai Chocolate and coffee. Pistachio dessert , Kunafa dessert are really really good. Try the orio and biscoff dessert 🍨 it’s amazing.

Fantastic! The view is incredible, the inside is stunning and very neat and clean, we were so impressed! The drinks and pastries are delicious and the workers are wonderful and very considerate. I would absolutely recommend this cafe; such a nice place!

Gorgeous cafe on the water and it’s a great spot to study with lots of tables and fast wifi. Drinks here are a big size too so worth it for the price!
