I had a very bad experience at Mom’s Kitchen today. The hygiene was extremely poor. There were cockroaches on the table, near the food plates, and even moving close to the dishes we were served. It was shocking and completely unacceptable. For a place serving food, basic cleanliness is non-negotiable, but here it looked totally ignored. We couldn’t even enjoy our meal after seeing this. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their cleanliness and pest control immediately, because this kind of hygiene puts customers’ health at risk. Would not recommend unless they fix these issues. I wanted to upload a videobut they didn’t come out clear. Still, I want to share my experience because it was really disappointing. Even without the video, I hope the management understands how bad the situation was and takes proper action for cleanliness and pest control. Not recommending this place until they fix these problems.

Moms kitchen in Mumbai is hands down one of the best places for Chinese food! Their dragon rice, lollypop and burnt garlic chicken is absolutely delicious—juicy, full of flavor, and always fresh. What makes it even better is the amazing hospitality. Their team are friendly and make you feel right at home. Great food, great people, this is my go-to spot for chinese food.

Unreliable Service – Missing Items in My Order I recently placed an order with Moms kitchen through Swiggy, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Several items were missing from my order, yet I was still charged for everything. I only received one item i.e thread chicken I understand that mistakes can happen, but not receiving the items I paid for, without any notice or correction, is unacceptable. I hope the restaurant improves its attention to detail and ensures that future orders are complete and accurate. Until then, I can't recommend ordering from this place if you're looking for a reliable experience.

This place an absolute gem if you want to have the best Chinese. The taste is unbeatable by any other place. The thread chicken with its sauce is a must try, chopper rice, singapore rice, dragon chicken. You name it & this place wouldn't disappoint you. The prices are very reasonable. Especially the taste is unmatched. Definitely recommend this 💯

Visited this restaurant recently and was shocked by their attitude towards customers. They actually charge ₹10 extra for a small portion of Schezwan chutney, which is ridiculous! Even worse, I ordered three different Chinese items and they gave only one tiny chutney, saying “sab ke sath ek hi ata hai.” What kind of logic is that? If I’m ordering multiple dishes, I obviously expect proper accompaniments. The staff seemed totally indifferent and had zero sense of customer satisfaction. Food was terrible but the experience left a bad taste. If they care so little about basic service, I doubt I’ll ever visit again.Not a single praws found in Moms special prawns fried rice

Taste was ok ok bt he can’t gave schezwan chutney with fried rice…you have to pay extra money for schezwan chutney n fried noodles bhosadike khayenge kiske sath🤦🏾‍♂️

Used to be our favourite restaurant but today noticed how their food and customer service levels have dipped. Ordered Chicken sweet corn soup-great portions but absolutely tasteless, had no salt, excessively sweet. Ordered butter garlic chicken dry and the chicken we received was red coloured spicy chicken with the butter vanishing from the scene completely! The restaurant needs to know what butter garlic sauce or preparation tastes and looks like. The chicken American chopsuey was again too sweet to our liking the fried crunchy crispy noodles were soft and lacked the crunch in the bite. Probably were not fresh. The chicken Singapore noodles was spicy and tasted strongly of a star anise. The burnt garlic fried rice I think they may have forgotten to add burnt garlic in its entirety. We specifically asked what dishes were not spicy and despite several reminders the appetiser, noodles and rice all were moderately spicy. One thing is certain, they’ve lost a customer today!

We generally didn't felt the restaurant will be so good in taste. It only serves Chinese food and food they served was really very good and yummy. They took little more time to serve the food but it was worth the wait. Especially you get authentic Caramel custard and its all must try desert

Food is you haven't tasted before, place is compact not family type of resto. But still you can try once with family. And for friends it's awesome. Must ask for pot rice, dragon, and chicken thread.

I have ordered chiken Fried Rice There's no salt in it No sherwani chutney and all It taste pathetic I have thrown it in dustbin

The food was amazing, but a noisy group ruined the vibe. Even though the staff asked them to speak softly, they didn't even listen to the staff

The place is well maintained and close to the main road. There are only three dishes that are worth trying. The soup, triple rice and chicken. The chicken was very dry after one point. The place is affordable and worth a shot.

We stay at Sandhurst Road and called today to place a food order. Unfortunately, the person who answered the call informed us that they wouldn’t be able to deliver due to traffic. I mentioned that many people from our locality order regularly, but he still refused without even making an attempt. While we have always appreciated the quality of the food, this kind of attitude towards customers is disappointing. Good food alone is not enough — customer service matters just as much. Hope the management looks into this and ensures better service in the future.

Best place to give parties if your budget is low. Amazing food with reasonable price. If you're Chinese lover and stay nearby then must visit this place. You would never have eaten such a delicious food. Quantity and quality of food is great.

Quality and food both is not good... Everything dish is expensive and not tasty

Do not order online worst service my food was ordered at 11:49 its 2am and my food is not brought yet worst part the restaurant manager was not picking up the call and declining to cancel the order

Absolutely loved the food here! The chicken mauritius rice and schezwan fried rice were spot on – full of flavor and not overly greasy. The portion size was generous for the price. Friendly staff and quick service made the experience even better. Will definitely be back soon! If you’re craving Indo-Chinese in Byculla, this is the place. Their crispy chicken starters are delicious. I found the ambiance simple but neat. Would recommend for casual dinners or takeout.
