I previously purchase some beautiful dinosaur clothing and wanted to get some additional matching receiving blankets but I couldn’t find them. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. The staff Eudeep (I don’t remember her name exactly) completely misled us. She insisted we buy two Stokke Flexi Baths, telling us that this included one bath with a stand and that everything was correct. We trusted her. When we got home, we didn’t open the package immediately. Two weeks later, when we finally opened it, we discovered that there was NO stand at all. She made us buy two bath tubs only, knowing very well that we needed one tub with a stand, not two tubs. This is either extreme incompetence or deliberate deception. Totally unacceptable.

We had such a wonderful experience shopping at Mom ♥ Store in mirdiff city center! They offer a great variety of baby and maternity products, making it a one-stop shop for all our needs. They offer complimentary hot beverage while browsing the store—it’s such a thoughtful touch that made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, particularly Abir, who went out of their way to provide excellent recommendations and assistance. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this place to other parents!

Very good shop with excellent quality products, overpriced though even in sales! I give them 3 stars because of there unwritten rules! If you buy any product in sales you cannot return and refund, exchange only! That is of course against consumer rights, and not written anywhere, so after insisting for refund they accepted by getting the approval from the manager as they said 🙃. متجر جيد جدا والبضاعة ممتازة ولكن الأسعار مرتفعة حتى مع التنزيلات! تقييم 3 نجوم بسبب قانونهم الغير مكتوب، في حال شراء منتج في التنزيلات لا يمكنك إرجاعه وتحصيل المبلغ، الإستبدال فقط، وهذا بالطبع مخالف لقوانين حماية المستهلك، بعدما أصريت عليهم تم إرجاع المبلغ بعد أخذ موافقة المدير على حد قولهم 🙃.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store due to the behavior of one staff member, Gezelli. I was treated poorly, subjected to offensive remarks, and received no real help when I asked for assistance. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, this staff member showed a complete lack of professionalism and respect. I expected basic customer service standards, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this store.

We had a wonderful experience shopping at the Mom Store Mirdif City Center branch. The salesperson Ms. Anu was extremely polite, patient, and courteous. She helped my wife and I select a stroller for our newborn. Highly recommend this store and particularly this branch to anyone looking for baby gear, they have a great collection.

We went to several shops in Midriff but could not get the help we needed to buy a cabin approved stroller. Then we came to mom store and met Jimmy. Without any hesitancy he was willing to guide us through each stroller and explained the differences and finally we got the best fit for our travel purposes. Excellent customer care and we will surely come to mom store at Midriff again.

Mulwork and Sudeep gave a great assist to me. I will come again to get all my needs for Maternity only from this shop because of both of them..

A lady staff has an amazing hospitality! I asked her to gift-wrap and she made this!💐🎀 When I visited other branches, they didn’t do and even said they didn’t gift-wrap. I was disappointed at the time. However this branch and the staff are wonderful. I definitely come here again when I buy a gift next time.

I reached out the shop to check availability of specific adapter for yoyo stroller that i found on their website. Upon checking, shop employee Ren provided detailed consultation to ensure i was getting right item, and we figured out I was about to purchase wrong one (my bad, googled for old model).
