Best place to have quick lunch in Verna Industrial area. This restaurant is very famous for its fish thali. Considering its price. Restaurant is Clean and hygienic also too much crowded.

The restaurant is really good for people working in Verna as it's close by. The food tastes amazing, but the quantity is quite less for the price. It would be great if they could offer more quantity along with the good quality they already have. The atmosphere is okay and the service was good. Overall, a nice experience.

I went for the basic fish thali. Its good, staple serving for a quick lunch and going back to work fast. Located in the heart of the verna industrial estate. Close to the highway, parking is available

A tiny restaurant that packs a punch with it's food. Had a fish thali here whichbwas as authentic and delicious as it gets. Highly recommend the place for a delicious meal with no fan fare.

The Chonak fish thali was good. The fish was fresh and the fresh lime soda was well prepared with fresh limes. The place was clean and well kept.

This afternoon I had the pleasure of tasting some Great Modso Special fish thali @ MOM'S RECIPIES, Verna, South Goa. The dish was expertly prepared and was presented very well. The Modso Rava fry was very tender and juicy. Very fresh and the outside very crispy. All the side dishes including rice was steaming hot and full of flavours which added depth and authentic Goan flavours to the Meal. What I loved the most was the Curry. Out of the world experience. It was thick Creamy and had prawn and baby shrimp in it. WoW. Yummy. Couldn't resist and asked for another serving. Then the rest of the thali had Thesro, prawn chutney, salad, bhaji, sol-kadi and Rasagulla!!!!!... Excellent Choice. Not to forget Chapati and cabbage pallya. I had a fresh lime soda to accompany my meal. It was truly A complete MEAL. The service was good. Waiters were on their toes as it was lunch hour and with lots of industries around the crowd was humungous. But still I got my Thali piping hot in under 5 Min and my fresh Lime in under 3 Min. All in all it was a pleasure to have such lovely meal especially @ MOM'S RECIPIES..

I’m still trying to figure out why this place is so expensive. The food quality was mediocre at best and lacked any real flavor. But the real shocker was the portion size. Who gives just one chapati in a full veg thali? I left the restaurant still feeling hungry after paying a premium price. A total letdown.

The restaurant serves very tasty and hygienic food, the presentation of food is very interesting. The staffs are very kind and cooperative. The have got a very good variety in their menu. The ambiance and feel of the restaurant is also good and pleasing. The order delivery is also very fast. The overall experience was very much satisfying and good.

It's been only a few days in Verna, my husband & I were looking for thali options & we found this place. As soon as I stepped inside, the aroma was enough to know that I have not made a mistake by choosing to eat there. The food was delicious, light on the tummy and flavors absolutely balanced. A big up to the owner who has taught the staff to pay attention to SERVICE. I think that's admirable because that's a big problem in Goa, I was pleasantly surprised by the well behaved & polite staff. Overall, I highly recommend this place. I will definitely put in more reviews as I plan to visit again. The Chicken Thali was yummy. Thank you.

The food here is really good!! It's hard to fine some good biriyani in Goa but this place serves one of the best available in Goa!! Must try is chicken biriyani and mixed fried rice... Quantity is a lot!! Better to take 1 for 2 persons!! Bit on the expensive side but it's definitely worth it.... Would easy recommend this for everyone!!

My go-to place whenever I'm in Verna Industrial Estate to service my VW or for office related work. This place never disappoints with its variety and quality. Best part is they serve lunch well beyond 3 pm, so you need not worry about getting a meal in the area if you're really late.

Chicken curry is really good, kingfish thali slightly disappointing

Food was just okay, nothing extraordinary. I found it quite overpriced considering it’s a non-AC restaurant. The Dona Biryani tasted more like ghee rice and was only average in flavor. Service was also just okay, nothing remarkable. Overall, not a place I would go back to often.

Food was not that great fish thali was good but the fish was not fresh. Lime soda 🥤 was awesome

Visited on a suggestion from one of my friend. Prawns Biryani was too yummy and it was worth the cost Prawns rawa fry was very good in taste, less crispy but the taste was good. But the size of it did not justify the price. Overall a very good place to visit.

Tucked away in Verna Industrial Estate, Mom's Kitchen serves up homestyle Indian cuisine that lives up to its comforting name. The star of my recent visit was their chicken tikka biryani – a masterful creation that ranks among the finest I've tasted. The fragrant long-grain rice was perfectly cooked, each grain separate and fluffy, while the chicken tikka pieces were succulent and infused with a complex blend of spices. While the industrial estate location might seem unconventional for a restaurant, the quality of the food makes Mom's Kitchen well worth seeking out, especially for biryani enthusiasts.

Ohhh it was just wonderful experience that we had there. Too good to tell. One must visit this place for a good taste, ambience, service, and everything. Just loved the way they treated us and made brunch available to us in no time. The interiors are too good and place is just on the road. Will definitely visit again whenever I visit goa. Although this place is near dabolim abd bambolim, but its a must try. And would loke to thank the chef who prepared the delicous food for us. Keep it up and the place rocks.

Best place to have seafoods while you are at verna. Pricing is little bit high. Superb food quality
