Worst customer service oru products kuda eduthu kataa matagaa edhu ketalum ila ilaa nu sollitu irukugaa yarum visit pannadhigaaa waste shop price um high dhan so don’t visit guys

Recently visited this shop, staffs were not at all customer friendly. Showed so much attitude and watched us like a thief, as if we are gonna steal something and run since i wore a mask due to my skin condition. (Note : we purchased around 2k products, still we were treated like thieves). And if we say that we dont need other products, showing attitude for that also. Very worst staff behavior, Kindly do visit other shops for self respect.

I had a good experience here. Got exactly what I wanted with 30 percent discount. And the things I wanted they suggested me to go to another place. Behavior is professional and polite. Only thing to worry is parking. Cars cannot go into this street and you'll struggle to find parking. So it's best to come by 2 wheeler or cab. They have all beauty products and salon chairs, and essentials.

I recently visited MBC and was happy with the customer service. Mr. Malaram was incredibly attentive and made sure all my needs were met. The product I purchased exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and value. Keep up the good work team

I have recently went to monica beauty center to buy some products they have lots of variety and goods produced i buy some products good management in 2nd floor there was a staff “virag” he help me to choose some skin products fyc good results ✨ plz visit this shop for good quality

We went to thisI shop on Friday at parrys .... here they r not customer friendly..t owner showing attitude rough reply ...ibought so many products we know the price of the product,they increased the rate of the product &giving discount for actual price ,when we ask reply was very rude & harsh ,,,if it continues no one will visit here......I'm not satisfied here 👎 I took my friend she s from US she s very upset of owner reply

I know where to get what. firs try to understand the concern what I'm trying suggest. After receiving response from the owner. i regret to visit this place.their owner reply is more of attitude and rude than understanding our concern no point is expecting from employees as well. My concern is very simple on suggesting products. After i told my budget they are forcing me to purchase only high value products only where as they have wide range of brands. First have some courtesy take suggestions before replying.They are not selling at wholesale price. They are trying to sell high value products more than customer friendly service. They are doing product sales. Not into customer care business.

Good place to buy saloon items. But the product I got was duplicate didn't do the job.

Staffs are not friendly.. nobody will listen your requirements. You have to choose your products as nobody is ready to explain. There is no much discount in products. Mostly they will give only 5%. If you have other options, please go ahead in that shop. We never visit again. (Because one guy in bill counter and one of the staff were busy in chat and we waited for billing for 10mins. They not even think about us even we asked multiple times. This is happened in first floor right side bill counter)

Yeah thats right, I faced same issues from This shop, that sales person said harsh to me ,, like you go and complaint about me, I won't get any problem like that. Worst salesperson. Please don't visit. You have to buy for 2000-3000 rs above. If you go for below 500 rs sure they won't treat u good. Choose some other shop. Respect is important for us.

It is a large place. It has all the beauty products one needs. All major brand products were seen here. The pricing is bit high here maybe because of the good brand collection I guess. The second floor had beauty parlour equipments and some more beauty products. There are many staff members to serve us. They were very clear about the product availability and suggested alternatives too.

Almost all the beauty products are available and the price is decent. Some products related to saree pleating cover not available.

Kindly avoid going to instore, those sales person will tell you the price with discount but billing was with only MRP. They increased the original MRP and put discount on it. Total scam... Carefull with physical store better go with online

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! All fake products or first copy. That too very low quality first copy. High price for low quality products. Packaging is total waste. Bought brush set, total waste. All brushes look like used. Make up products like foundation, lipstick, moisturizer, primer cleanser, toner, eyebrow pallette, eye shadow...all are low quality copy but high price. Finally, they will not even exchange or take back if we go and tell them. Worst behaviour by staff with customers. Very rude and angry behaviour. All good reviews here are fake!!! Better go to Angels Beauty Center in Egmore.

Providing High quality products in this shop. Prices are moderate in this shop. Recommended for the whole sale buying. But few beauty products are not available in this shop. This shop has 2 floors.

1st floor skin care sections is good, but sadly I never get some imported or good products, they told only local items are selling in here. For few makeup items my sister visited to ground floor. Staff girls are reacting like they own the building and rude to my sis. When I talked to them over the phone, they never get the correct product and almost saying out of stock. When I told them to get the correct shade and good product, they never lisening itself, always showing me wrong products. My sis saw that all 7 staff girls are passing the phone to next girl and goes on, also speaking badly about me and like they dont want to work itself. 2 of staff girls always talking in phone when customer asking for products, they simply giving them wrong items and sometimes showing their bad attitude to the customers. They tried to push off the wrong products to the customer which we never asking for it. My sis and I got hurted by their bad behavior and attitude. If ur planning to buy something imported or good products, better go for other good shop or online.
