I Did keratin today in this salon, staff amazing , they gave the best tea ever to me as well + salon was so cleans and staff kind . Manhal was so professional and good he did my hair with the best method ever

I heard they’re good with nails but went in for eyelash lift and it was a terrible job. Feels like I did nothing and I’ve done eye lash lift several times and I always see the difference but to say the least I’m disappointed as it looks like I wasted my time and money with the result.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I went in for a lash extension appointment and ended up with burning eyes, blurred vision, and an emergency hospital visit. The lashes were poorly applied, glued too close to the lash line, causing pain and tearing. When I requested a refund the next day, the manager was rude and dismissive — she told me to “go ahead my dear” and complain. The blow-dry they gave me while I waited over an hour was also low quality and didn’t last. Hygiene was questionable, the technician didn’t even wash her hands, and I later found out another client had a similar complaint the same night. This place is unprofessional and unsafe — I strongly advise against trusting them with any beauty service, especially something as sensitive as your eyes.

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The overall attitude felt unprofessional and focused only on charging money rather than providing good service or customer care! I strongly recommend discussing prices and services clearly in advance to avoid misunderstandings! Unfortunately, I would never return!! У меня был очень разочаровывающий опыт в этом салоне. The hygiene was not good either. All the files that touched my nails and cuticle area were not single-use. Hello, I just had a 6:00 PM gel nail appointment and got red gel nails. Five of my fingers were bleeding around the cuticles, and I got three cuts on my skin while buffing the nails. It’s honestly very painful. No ointment was applied — only antiseptic spray, and then oil was used to finish. I don’t think that’s appropriate. At the end, after the gel nails were finished, the technician started filing the edges of my nails. I’m not sure if gel had gotten on the tips, but filing gel after application seriously affects the retention, and I’m surprised they didn’t know that. The technician herself was not rude. However, if she is still a beginner, I believe she needs more practice with models. Customers should not be the ones being practiced on. I also run a salon, and I never allow inexperienced staff to perform paid services on clients. Additionally, the front desk staff who took the payment was also unprofessional — sitting back with poor posture while handling payment. I had high expectations because the salon was busy, but this experience was disappointing. My cuticles were injured during the service, and if my immune system were weaker, the inflammation could have been much worse. The dust brush also looked old and worn. Even now, it still stings and feels painful.

I would really appreciate it if you could always book me with these particular masters. A huge thank you to them, I’m truly happy that I ended up with them. Their work is absolutely amazing, and I love the result. Everything looks perfect.🥰

Raquel is my favourite girl this salon brunch, she is always is giving the best service pf everything, hair wash,hair massage,coffee , candies and she has beautiful personality and one more thing to highlight I love the service of consultation of stuff absolutely awesome. I did my pedicure with analyn today and she is very professional and I recommend her. Also I always do my manicure with Sona who is very gentle and professional as well.

Always a great experience at Monroe and Me downtown branch. Maryan and Vera great nail techs, Analyn does a great job on the pedicure side. Had an amazing hydra facial with Daren, she made the whole facial treatment feel so calm and relaxing, left feeling clean and relaxed Ashley gives awesome massages, very skilled at it. You just feel like you must come back for more Overall, the ambiance of this place is amazing, it’s a place I love coming back to

Ayda is the best! I’ve tried many salons in Dubai but since finding ayda at Monroe&me downtown location I haven’t been anywhere else since. I also do hydro facials there as well and can recommend.
