I just passed my CISSP exam at Montroyal Elevate today! this is actually my second time testing here (I also passed my Security+ at this location), and I highly recommend it. The facility is very comfortable, and the quiet ambiance makes it incredibly easy to focus. These exams take a lot out of you, but the calm environment here really helps you stay in the right headspace. If you need a professional and quiet place to take your tests, this is the perfect spot!

My experience was not good. Poor management. Test takers!!! Please choose another test center because keyboard and mouse are bad condition and keyboard is hard to press and slow . It affects my writing score and timing. Mouse also weak and I clicked next two times or three times. In reception a Lady has a short temper and not patience, she is disturbing while I am testing not to loud out in read aloud speaking test, I tried to speak aloud because I heard other candidate's voice. She comes and warns me while testing. I cannot focus on my test. Next time I don't retest this center, headphones do not have noise cancellation, old version of computer, keyboard and mouse, headphones are still using in this test center. Becareful candidates, please check before your test.

I recently visited Mount Elevate in Abu Dhabi for my PTE exam, which was held on the 14th floor. The building is modern and well-maintained, with impressive infrastructure that gives a professional and welcoming feel. Everything from the elevators to the interior cleanliness reflected good management. One important detail to note is that the main entrance is located at the back side of the building, which can be a bit confusing if you're visiting for the first time—signage could be improved. Overall, it’s a pleasant and efficient place, especially for exam-related visits.

The right place to set you for failure: - rude staff - small screens and malfunctioning mouse - AC way too cold, you need a jacket - people entering and leaving the room continuously creating a disruptive background - Staff going around and checking on your back - Unable to drink unless you take a break... during a 5hrs exam Suggest to look for other options.

I had a very positive experience at MontRoyal Elevate exam center. I gave my pte exam here and it was a good experience. First timers, pl be prepared to start your Speaking Skill test with about 8 people minimum sitting beside you and giving the test at the same time.There is noise and confusion, so at home practice with noise and disturbances to stay focused on the read aloud task. At the pte centre, there was a gentlemen named Mr Farhan, who instructed us all to speak at appropriate decibels, I was worried of being too soft for the computer, but was told not to worry. I got 89 in the first skill. So follow the instructions and worry not of being heard. The computer listens to everything you say. Just stay focused and any issues you have a good assistance by trained and helpful person at this center. You have a locker to keep all your belongings and a clean toilet . During the exam you mustn't leave your chair. Your provided by a marker that dries up if not capped.. so that's an additional task to do when you use the marker. Here, your provided with two markers so that's good. If your a good speaker in English, practice from E2 ( Jarrad Merlo) than any other sites. I scored an 84 in my first test thanks to him. He makes you write a sincere exam.Second time I scored a 77. That's because, I learnt how to trick and score with some other popular training coaches. ONE shouldn't learn to trick the computer. Come well prepared. Don't think, 2 weeks is sufficient for preparing for the exam , take about a month to prepare. It's an expensive exam, don't rush at all, though people tell you, you can do it because your good in English. You need to practice all the skills before giving the exam. There is technique, timing and accuracy. With practice you will be able to score your appropriate goals. Thanks for reading and all the best.

The testing environment was extremely poor. The AC wasn’t working, and it felt suffocating—almost like taking an exam in a closed, airless space. The room was very small, and you could hear all the noise and voices around, making it very difficult to concentrate.

I recently took my PTE exam here and had a great experience. The venue was quiet and clean. Mr. Mohammed was very assisting..he addressed my queries with professionalism. Overall, a smooth and positive experience!

Disappointing Experience at PTE Test Center I had a very disappointing experience at this PTE test center. The facility is outdated and does not meet the standards expected for such an important exam, especially when candidates invest a lot of time, effort, and money to prepare. The real issue was the test environment itself. The test rooms are quite small, and when all seats are occupied, you're seated uncomfortably close to the next candidate, making it hard to concentrate. The most distracting part, however, was the staff constantly walking around and standing behind candidates to monitor for cheating—despite the fact that there are already multiple surveillance cameras covering the room from different angles. This behavior is extremely disruptive, especially during the listening section, where even a slight distraction can cause you to miss part of the audio. It shows a serious lack of consideration for test-takers. If you're serious about your exam and have prepared diligently, I would strongly recommend choosing a different test center.

My husband had to do PTE exam at his earliest therefor we selected MountRoyal Elevate to be our exam center, we are so happy about their service and customer care support provided to us . we were struggling to get the PTE practice vouchers which we had already purchased and paid in advance we failed so many times trying to contact Pearson via email, chats and even a phone call to Hong Kong to inquire about this issue, we were so worried , anyway Mr. Mohammad MountRoyal took over the responsibility to contact Pearsons after his interference process was really quick and we got the practice vouchers from Pearson before exam which made my husband to face his PTE exam with confidence. We really appreciate MountRoyal Elevate and personally recommend people who are looking forward to do their exams in future to select MountRoyal Elevate as their exam partner

I had a bad experience in this test center. I took my PTE test. The keyboard is difficult to press. There facilities are old. This test center should be mindful that the test takers paid alot and made so much effort for the test. I suggest that they will have cubicles to give focus to the test takers.

It was a very poor experience attending one test there. As it was an English language test, you need to speak, listen and write. All 7 attendees had to attend the test close together at same time, same room !? Anyone would have struggled to focus on the test in that kind of atmosphere. They should have provided separate rooms/sound proof cubicles. Within a couple of hours after posting this review their person called and threatened me as you should be brilliant enough to know you are living in UAE, and they will raise a police complaint against me if I'm not removing my comment. Is this is a professional way to do service?

Support staff at Exam was excellent specially Mr. Mohammad Al Alawneh was very supportive and informative. He greeted me with a smile and answered all my questions. I am Happy with his customer service.
