I highly recommend this salon! I went today for root coloring and a haircut, and the whole experience was excellent. The receptionist managed everything perfectly . My color with Fatima and my haircut with Erfanneh were both amazing, I couldn’t be happier. The team is truly professional, not pushy at all like in many other salons, and they simply deliver exactly what you ask for. I’ll definitely keep coming back and strongly recommend them!

I wish I could give zero stars. I had an appointment at 1 and I showed up on time. The reception was indifferent and not welcoming. They told me to wait. After 10 minutes I asked how long do you think I should wait and they said 20 minutes. I didn’t like it but I told them that I’ll be back in 20 minutes. When I came back again no one initiated the conversation, ignoring me being there. I sat on a waiting bench and asked the receptionist should I still wait? She said yes. I asked how long and they said 30 minutes. I asked them why do you make an appointment to then postpone it twice. Their answer wasn’t convincing. They wasted my time and money (snap) and didn’t even show a bit of empathy.
