Without any damage in my phone they asked me to pay for the display while my phone was under guarantee..no one was happy there in the service center. Dont buy motorola phones nither their service is satisfying nor the phone... my phone was just 4 months old suddenly it's display got damaged showed white lines , random sounds , black screen .. there was not outside damage still they were asking me to pay 5k for the new display.. i saw no one was happy there ! Customer threw their phone here in front of the staff when they said no answer to the phone !!! Waste of money !!!!

It does not work properly. 3 years ago there was a charging issue. My charge was not corrected and I returned it without correcting it. Later I got a call saying that your charge is working. That day I had to go out of state and my work did not get done due to this negligence..)

I had a very disappointing experience with the service center for my Motorola Edge 50 Fusion. They checked my phone and told me that the motherboard was dead and the repair would cost almost as much as buying a new phone. However, I later got the phone repaired from a small local repair shop, and now it is working perfectly fine. This clearly shows that the issue was either misdiagnosed or the service center was only interested in expensive replacements instead of proper repair. Very unprofessional and misleading service. Completely disappointed

I got the display of my Motorola Edge 50 Ultra repaired from this authorized service center, and the entire experience was excellent. My phone was under warranty, and it was repaired and handed over within just 3 days, completely to my satisfaction. The workmanship was top-notch — the pasting and finishing after the display folder replacement were extremely clean and precise, showing real attention to detail. The phone feels as good as new. I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Dharmender Ji, who looks after the store. He was very polite, responsive, and professional throughout the process. What truly stood out was the thoughtful gesture of providing me with a temporary device, ensuring that my calls and daily work were not hampered during the repair period. Overall, a very smooth, transparent, and customer-friendly experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and professional service. 👍

Extremely disappointed with Motorola products and their service centres. I visited this Authorised Service Centre on 3rd April 2026 for a charging issue. They replaced the #sub-board and charged me ₹1,270. Just 1.5 months later, the exact same charging problem returned. On my second visit, they again diagnosed it as a #sub-board/charging port failure and quoted another ₹1,270. They even charged me ₹236 just for diagnosis — basically #penalising the customer for their own #poor quality work. What shocked me more is that almost every customer present at the service centre was complaining about the same issues — #battery drain and #charging port problems. It seems this is a common defect in Motorola phones. I strongly feel they are using #poor quality / #duplicate parts and providing #third-class service. They appear highly skilled only in @looting money repeatedly from customers for the same recurring faults. My honest recommendation: #Never go for Motorola products. The phones have #reliability issues and their after-sales service is #terrible. Not worth the money at all. Model: Moto G85g Service Dates: 03-04-2026 & 23 -05- 2026 #Save your money and choose a more reliable brand.

I would like to share my review and gratitude to the service center and specially thanking to Mr. Sandeep sir, who was always there to help me and answered my each and every call and messages and my phone was replacement under warranty with the help of Sandeep ji. I requested him to give my phone before my birthday which was on 30th November. So he arranged the replacement phone a day before my birthday and I am very happy that on my birthday it was a best gift. However Motorola product which I got earlier from Flipkart was not good at first although the services I received from the service center was excellent.

Motorolla Very good services provide by you I am very thank full to your services after sale out your product I am very happy to fell share your service experience. Next time I will carefull to purchase Motorolla product, I have purchased a washing machine October 24 and after one year Machine door not lock and not working properly . I have complant 19th of December but solution is not provide by you and I am callaing again and again daily basis but your customer service provider told me your problem resolved in next 48 hour. Pls confirmed from 19th December till the day End your time line is not Complete.

मोटरोला सर्विस सेंटर बिल्कुल बेकार है यहां फोन को चेक करने के नाम पर पैसे लेते हैं और बोल देते हैं कि मदरबोर्ड खराब है मेजर इश्यू है इससे तो आपको नया फोन ले लेना चाहिए और मैं वही अपना फोन बाहर से रिपेयर कराया हाथों से मदरबोर्ड चेंज हुआ ना कोई मेजर इश्यू था सिर्फ नॉर्मली ठीक हो गया इस मोटरोला सर्विस सेंटर के इंजीनियरों को ना तो काम आता है ना कुछ आता है सिर्फ चेक करने के नाम पर पैसे लूट जाते हैं सबसे बेकार सर्विस सेंटर है मोटोरोला का

The service centre of Motorola are very few. This is the only center in North Delhi. Very poor network. The technical team is good they resolved my issue in 5 minutes but the process and paper work took 2 hours so there is lot of scope for improvement. Also as most customers who buy Motorola are not in premium segment the service center was also not a premium one. The AC was not cooling, the counter for token number was not working. And the seats were very hard and uncomfortable.

स्टाप का व्यवहार ठीक ठाक है लेकिन एक नंबर के लुटेरे हैं l मैं 10 दिन पहले फोन लिया था और उसमें चार्जिंग issue आ गया, जब मैंने दिखाया तो हमे बताया गया कि आपके फोन में लिक्विड आ गया है और इसके लिए आपको 1336₹ pay करने होंगे l मैं सच बोलूँ तो मैं पिछले 2 दिन से travel कर रहा हूं फोन में पानी जाने की संभावना एकदम ना थी फिर भी मानने को तैयार नहीं... हालांकि मेरे जैसे और भी कई लोग थे जिनमें चार्जिंग issue था... भाई मैं तो यही कहूँगा की motorola का फोन ही मत लो... कोई और brand देख लो... सर्विस घटिया...
