Worst service, forst they will not order parts saying phone is old and then they will not tell you what is wrong with the phone without 200 charge.

My experience is very bad, I was not at all satisfied with the service provided by motorola as my phone's battery was the only problem and they said that After 5 years of phone s life motorola is unable to provide it's accessories or spares for the specific model as phones are getting updated very fast nowadays. My problem is I needed a original battery which can't be provided by the company. This is ridiculous when a company can't provide it's spares or service, then don't get into new era and into the competitive world
