I had a pleasant experience purchasing a pair of gloves from Motounion. I couldn't visiti the store personally but the staff helped me with picking right gloves for my use. They also helped with handing the parcel to porter.

Had an unpleasant experience shopping here. First purchased LS2 gloves worth 2500₹ but immediately noticed a defect on my way back home. Returned back to store same day - 1. They did not have replacement stock to offer. 2. They did not have similar LS2 budget product or size. 3 No refund provided, store manager (wearing a cap) was clueless about what to do. No response in person. Finally ended buying much expensive product (not absolutely needed) by paying the price difference. I suggest the store owner to improve majorly in after sales. Either give refund or replace the defected product.

Visited to test out LS2 storm2 and KYT TT Revo. Harish helped me distinguish between them and let me try both out for 10-15mins each. A really good and smooth experience. I recommend you to come and spend some time to figure out your purchase too! They had a lot of other gear too. Decided on LS2 due to a better fitting.

I was looking for L-size gloves and had finalized a jacket from here earlier. Since they did not have my size in stock this time, they honestly suggested a similar option available online instead of forcing a purchase in-store.
