Very expensive Jewellery and nothing special about it. They lie while selling saying their jewelry is unique and increase price each year. Also they say to sell it back to them to get better prices. Now they say they cannot buy back.

Very very rude customer service. We came to the shop to potentially buy a diamond ring. While we were looking at the ring a girl working there called "Leeda" stares at us and starts laughing in a sarcastic way. She didn't stop so we asked her why is she laughing. She answered in a rude way and raised her voice. I never had such a bad experience especially in Dubai! Never go to this store if you have self respect!

My impression of Mouawad Dubai Mall's service was favorable. I advise everyone to go to the store. The staff was outstanding, friendly, and respectful. They have very unique creations.

I will advice all my friends not to visit this jewellery shop the manager man from Dubai mall was very Rude no smile to welcome. I wanted to buy 3 full of diamond set and 3 diamonds rings he told me why do I compare the price with other shop so they price is extremely higher 🤔
