We had breakfast with some of our friends. Location is very convenient to all of us so we decided to have breakfast here, service was excellent. Romaisa and her team were very friendly and helpful. They kept asking if we need anything. Quality of food was excellent. All of us had a good meal.

Movenpick have great clientele, and even after 50 yrs of service it is not tired. But service is patchy House Keeping /cleaning - excellent Front Desk - front good to In-experiened The Entrance /the first impression - NOT AT ALL GOOD, employees talking loud and doing what porters do, pulling legs Staff appeared professional but use a refresher in being extra polite

The hotel rooms need an upgrade. Over all the experience has been fine. Ms Nayab ( duty manager) was extremely helpful in accommodating us to a better room. We appreciate her efforts and professionalism. Ms Romaisa and all other servers at the restaurant are extremely courteous. The housekeeping staff was very helpful and efficient.

The hotel enjoys one of the best locations in the city and is housed in an attractive building with good potential. Unfortunately, the quality of service does not match the standard suggested by its location and infrastructure. Routine maintenance, particularly of the washrooms, appears to be lacking and requires immediate attention. Housekeeping standards need improvement, and room services, especially laundry services, are far below expectations in terms of efficiency and quality. With better maintenance, improved housekeeping, and more responsive guest services, this property could become one of the city's preferred places to stay. At present, however, the management needs to focus seriously on service delivery and guest comfort.This version is professional and constructive while clearly highlighting the shortcomings.

It was an exquisitely good experience staying here at Moven Pick Karachi. Rooms were excellent, well maintained, and regularly cleaned. Most importantly, your personal belongings in your rooms are specifically taken care of, while u r away. Means, u can leave everything as it is, just like home. Samina house keeper has been doing the job for my room(325) on daily basis. It was an excellent overall experience. Highly recommend for everyone.

We had dinner at Al Bustan Restaurant at Mövenpick, and it was a wonderful evening. The quality of the food was fantastic, and everything was well prepared and delicious. The service was amazing, and staff is very cooperative throughout our visit. Movenpick really made our day special. Highly recommended!

I stayed at the Mövenpick Karachi from 1st to 11th June 2026 with my family, occupying two Executive Rooms on the 8th floor. While the check-in process was commendably swift, we unfortunately had to change rooms twice due to faulty air conditioning and various maintenance issues. The cleanliness and equipment condition in these initial bathrooms were simply not up to standard. Upon complaining to management, we were upgraded to the 9th floor. Although these were smoking rooms rather than the non-smoking ones we requested, we were too exhausted from moving to contest it. The 9th-floor corridors clearly benefit from recent refurbishment, whereas the 8th floor feels quite tired. Executive Lounge access was a nice perk, though the menu felt repetitive. Similarly, the ground-floor buffet breakfast was decent, but the selection remained largely fixed, and it was disappointing to see diluted carton juices instead of fresh, seasonal options. Overall, it was a pleasant stay thanks to the friendly, courteous staff—though a few individuals would benefit from further training. The complimentary airport transfer is an excellent bonus. I would consider staying here again, but only if the room conditions on the 8th floor and the catering variety are properly addressed.

And the Karak chai? Hands down the best I’ve ever had made by Shahab Khan, perfectly brewed, rich, and the ideal way to end the meal. Stayed here for two nights on a business trip. The stay waa comfortable and the staff were cordial. Among all the establishments here in Karachi, this is one of the most updated with times. The breakfast is really swell and Alishba ensured the overall experience was good.

I arranged a high tea for 50 personnel. The staff was well groomed and cooperative. Mr Fahad managed the event and Mr Amir executed the event with flawless planning. Excellent experience highly recommended. Arrangement by Mr Akhlaq was also good and upto the mark.
