I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the concierge team for their incredibly detailed and kind assistance in arranging everything perfectly before my trip—from the airport pickup and departure drop-off and our 2-day private tour itinerary. In particular, a very special thanks goes to Mikayel at the concierge desk. His exceptional service makes me want to choose and return to the Mövenpick Yerevan Hotel without hesitation whenever I visit Yerevan again. Thank you so much. Even though I checked in during the early hours of the morning( 1:30 AM) , the staff provided a warm welcome and clear, precise explanations. They also kindly acknowledged my All Accor Platinum status and upgraded my room. While the breakfast buffet didn't have a massive selection, the quality of the food was outstanding, and the restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly. The scenery around Yerevan was hands down the best among all the travel destinations I have ever been to, and the local brandy was incredibly smooth and delicious. If I ever visit Yerevan again, I will definitely stay at the Mövenpick Yerevan Hotel. One of the best hotels in Yerevan. The rooms are beautiful, the interior is amazing. Let me tell you about their services, the most hospitable in Armenia. The Team goes above and beyond to make it an incredible stay. They took care of us, they ensure we get the best service. Anything you ask they will make sure to get it and support you to the maximum. The hotel is brand new, and that is probably its biggest advantage. The rooms feel fresh, modern, and comfortable simply because everything is still new. Overall, it is a decent property, but in my opinion it feels much more like a solid 4-star hotel rather than a true 5-star experience. A very important note for ALL Accor Platinum and Diamond members: do not expect your elite benefits to be honored here. Despite booking through the official Accor app using an eligible member rate, the hotel refused to provide almost all status benefits, including: room upgrade, even with higher category rooms available for sale, Platinum / Diamond weekend breakfast benefit, Platinum / Diamond lounge access. The only benefit that was actually provided was the welcome drink. If elite recognition and loyalty program consistency are important to you, this is something to be aware of before booking.

The moment you walk in, the "new hotel" scent of fresh linen and citrus hits you, instantly cutting through the Yerevan heat. The service is genuinely good—sharp, professional, and efficient, but with a warmth that makes you feel like a guest rather than just a booking. The Highlights: • Touch & Sound: The rooms are incredibly quiet. You really feel the quality in the textures—thick carpets, heavy drapes, and linens that feel crisp and high-end. • Taste: Breakfast is a standout. The smell of fresh coffee and pastries is a great wake-up call, and the daily Chocolate Hour is a visual and tasty treat. It’s a seamless experience where everything just works. If you're looking for a refined, sensory stay with top-tier service, this is it.

Отель неплохой, номера просторные, все в целом в них есть. Завтраки средние, поесть можно. Находится адекватно всех возможных необходимых мест. Но! В этом отеле работают неадекватные люди. 100% коммуникаций с персоналом заканчиваются провалом. Там 30 человек Стаффа бродят по лобби как зомби и все как один намерены сделать твое пребывание в отеле и Ереване таким, чтобы ты никогда не вернулся. Номер за $400+ и ты не получаешь ничего, кроме расстройств, разочарований и негодований. Они не способны приготовить еду в ресторане не за час при нулевой загруженности, не могут поднять вещи в номер не потеряв или не испортив, не могут продать десерт из витрины в лобби не за 20 минут о чем-то постоянно переговариваясь. Я все понимаю, новый отель, нужно время, ну не доучили французы, они что-то там стараются, но не выходит ничего и тп. Последняя капля и я пишу отзыв в такси на аэропорт - за 15 минут до начала завтрака, с чемоданом в лобби, при полной сервировке шведской линии тебе говорят: «старина, посиди посмотри на разложенные пышки до 7:00, а самолет тебя обождет» - это уже перебор. Надеюсь на ваше скорейшее закрытие, никогда не приеду сюда больше и постараюсь на это настроить максимально возможное количество людей. Спасибо за безразличие и тотальный непрофессионализм!

Всё было чудесно! Особенно хочется отметить персонал — невероятно милые, внимательные и доброжелательные люди, которые создают очень тёплую атмосферу. Гостиница новая, красивая и стильная. Номера удобные, современные, продуманные до мелочей — есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Отличное расположение — рядом Площадь Революции, очень удобно гулять и добираться до нужных мест. завтраки: они просто шикарные! Всё очень вкусно, разнообразно и красиво подано. Остались самые приятные впечатления, с удовольствием вернулись бы снова!

This is an absolute 100/100 option! Guys, this hotels worths everything! Amazing and comfortable rooms, vibey lobby and restaurant. Staff is so polite and does it’s best for the guests 😍 love it! Breakfast is sooooo good, really many options to choose! Just even once but you need to try it! Same about FREE chocolate hour.

Superb location The service is AMAZING this hotel made the experience of Armenia 🇦🇲 x10 better the rooms are so clean room service 3 times a day will definitely comeback to stay more. Thanks to the operation manager Hovhannes for spectacular stay.

My wife and I stayed at Mövenpick Hotel Yerevan from June 6 to June 8 for our honeymoon, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located in the heart of Yerevan. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay special. We were pleasantly surprised with a honeymoon amenity, which made our celebration even more memorable. The room was comfortable, spotless, and well-equipped, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. Thank you to the entire Mövenpick Hotel Yerevan team for helping make the beginning of our honeymoon so special. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again on our next visit to Yerevan.

Shoebox rooms, overlooks a parking lot, no upgrades and the service left much to be desired.
