A wonderful and very calm café. I loved the atmosphere, the coffee, and the desserts. Special thanks to the amazing waiter Saqr — he was very attentive and kept checking if we needed anything. Honestly, it’s one of the most elegant and peaceful places I’ve visited. And to make the visit even more special, my dearest friend surprised me with a lovely gift. 💞 Highly recommended

It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had coffee. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. I stayed at the hotel for almost one month, and every morning breakfast at the restaurant was a wonderful experience. The restaurant staff were always warm, welcoming, attentive, and extremely cooperative, making each day start on a positive note. I would especially like to appreciate Sampath and Jeevan for their outstanding service, kindness, and professionalism. They always served with a smile and made sure guests felt comfortable and well taken care of. Their dedication and hospitality truly made a lasting impression. We recently attended a company-hosted Suhoor gathering in the ballroom at Mövenpick. The ambience and overall environment were pleasant, but unfortunately the food quality and service did not meet expectations. Several items from the buffet were disappointing. The beef steaks were half-cooked, the mandi had an unpleasant smell, and the desserts and sweets seemed dry. Some buffet items that ran out were not replenished, which left limited options. The service experience was also below standard. We asked the cleaning staff twice to tidy our table, but rather than cleaning it, we were told to sit wherever we could find a clean table ourselves, quite surprising for a venue of this reputation. Overall, while the venue itself is nice, but the food quality and service is poor.

Wow! What a great experience! Starting with my easy and professional check-in. The concierge service was outstanding and very knowledgeable. The IFTAR brunch was one of the best I have had. The room is spectacular with an amazing view of the city. Special thanks to all of the staff who made this short visit something to remember.
