Sharing some thoughts....Bought one strip of medicine yesterday ( 19/01/26) from Mr.med.Total MRP.7920....Ordered the medicine through Mr.med application with discounted price of Rs.5215.57 ( including COD charges of Rs.114.77. Total payment as per the billed invoice Rs.5215.57 has to be made....But they have Collected only Rs.5100.08 since I paid through UPI ( They Removed COD charges which I didn't even ask for). Some may think it's not a big deal...but they could easily say """ Sir This is your billing amount you should pay the same """ But they didn't.This is not just about money. I like this integrity and satisfied with the service from Mr.Med. Appreciations !!!.

I had a very good experience with Mr Med Online Pharmacy. The ordering process was simple and smooth & the service was efficient. The medicines were delivered on time and in good condition. Overall, it is a reliable online pharmacy and I am satisfied with their service.

Poor delivery service. At the time of order, it shows expected delivery on 30-Oct, but actually delivered on 2-Nov. Customer care number always busy and never called back. I hope MrMed will take this feedback as an improvement as you are in medicine business not in general online shopping business. Timely delivery of medicine is much more important than discount.

You will not get anywhere like Mr. Med because they are giving the best discounts, and I hope they will remove the medical mafia all over. Price - 10/10 Delivery - 5/10 Taking too much time for delivery Tracking system - 1/10 I got an overall 56% discount, it was the best experience, and Mr. Med must work on the tracking system on their own website, and delivery must happen within the time limit.

Do not order any medicine that requires cold chain/ temperature control. They charge extra for cold chain, but the medicine arrived at room temperature. The customer care did not help much. They do not provide refund also. They have the attached photo while ordering but do not honour this. I have lost close to 5000 Rupees

First time I had placed an Order_355228 with MrMed but just before making the payment, I checked the reviews online and was taken a back with few odd reviews about courier delivery. When countered their support team with my concerns, they explained and assured me the best service. Right from placing order, payment options to super fast delivery every aspect of the service was up to the mark. Chennai to Pune delivering life saving drugs in just 29.5 hrs. that too on a weekend is just incredible. From bottom of my heart I am thankful to entire MrMed Team.

Delaying delivery for the 2nd time. I placed order for few injections which is to be taken daily and based on the estimated delivery date only I didn't buy it from the hospital. If the order is delayed, is it your responsibility to deliver it in time? Or I have to pay extra porter charges to get it on the date which you mentioned? Update: I don't know what escalation happend. The medicine was shipped yesterday late night and just now received message saying that it is out for delivery. Quick resolution from your end is very much appreciated. Keep up the good work and please try to deliver all order within the time that you show on screen while placing it.
