The staff were friendly and helpful when showing me different iPhone variants and accessories. They explained the differences between models and helped me choose the right storage option without rushing.

I've purchased s25 ultra from their store and within 2months i faced charging issue. Moreover I used the charger which they provided as a combo. But unfortunately it doesn't worked. When I walked into the store for that issue all staffs used multiple chargers without my knowledge to check and atlast they're asking me that have you used any unauthorised charger. But the charger which they used all unauthorised one. And the staffs who works there doesn't know how to handle or repair the gadgets. They pour all the solution into the charging portal and they asked me have you dipped in water. All the unwanted things which they've done and they're investigating me as if I made mistakes. And please dont belive the warranty which they give. Buy if you've only authorised brand warranty. Because they're not helping in anyways and I faced nearly 20k loss because of them. And no one in that store are technically educated. They're acting as if they know all stuffs. Looking at their instagram videos I've visited and purchased. But unfortunately it's a very big disappointment. Please hire some technically educated staffs.

I bought the 17 Pro at MRV Electronics. The packaging was good, and the customer service was excellent. They allowed me to check the product and explained everything about the phone. MRV electronics will make sure every indian is having a iPhone 😂, the pricing is great for the one buying pro and pro Max, for other you can still get a decent pricing compared to other mobile retailers shop. Totally a place to visit and buy anything for a decent pricing at all the time.
