Extremely bad experience! I can't describe how much I'm dissapointed. I went today to get a new Data SIM. So, I took a queue number and I had to wait for almost an hour for my turn to come. To be honest, there were not many customers over there. We were around 7 customers. But it took forever for the customer service guys to handle each of us and I still don't know why. I mean it is not a complicated job to do. But it took way more of time than it supposed to have. I can say the guys working there are not serious about their jobs, exchanging jokes and talking while customers are waiting. When my turn came out, I was so exhausted mentally because of the too much waiting. And when I asked the staff about data SIM, he said it is finished. For the god sake, if you care even a little bit about your customers, why you make them wait an hour for nothing. At least he could notified me and the people who are waiting after me that they have run out of SIM cards. This way we as customers can save our time and it is more acceptable. This entirely happened because of poor management performance of the staff. MTN, please improve your customer service . Customer time and happiness must be a priority and defintely I had a horrible experience. This kind of issues could be easly be avoided from the begining.
