Every single cake I’ve bought from here has been fresh, soft, and absolutely delicious. The flavors are well-balanced, never too heavy, and you can really feel the quality in every bite. What makes it even better is that they offer a wide variety of cakes – from simple classic flavors to rich and beautifully designed options – so whether it’s for a small get-together or a big celebration, I can always find the perfect one🫶🏻. Another thing that really stands out for me is the service. The staff here are genuinely polite and approachable, always welcoming with a smile. They are also helpful in suggesting the right options when you’re confused, and that makes the whole experience pleasant and stress-free. I run a craft shop and had an urgent order, and they handled it perfectly. The order was completed very fast and delivered exactly on time. I’m extremely satisfied with the service. A special mention to the delivery executive Ajith — he was very polite, patient, and professional, which made the experience even better. Overall, their service and cakes are excellent.

I’ve visited this bakery a couple of times. Last time, the chocolate truffles I bought were really good, which made me come back again. However, this time the truffles were below average and a bit disappointing compared to my previous experience. On the positive side, the service was good and the staff were friendly. The atmosphere is also nice and welcoming. Overall, it’s a decent place, but I hope the quality of the truffles improves next time.

Extremely Disappointed – Worst Quality Ever! I bought a cake from Muffin House for a special occasion, and it completely ruined the celebration. The cake was stale, lacked freshness, and tasted awful. It's unacceptable to sell such low-quality food items, especially when people trust you for their important events. I can’t believe this place has an FSSAI license. The authorities should seriously reconsider allowing Muffin House to continue selling food. You are playing with people’s health and emotions by providing substandard products. To anyone reading this – DON'T EVER BUY FROM HERE FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS! If you want to avoid ruining your memorable moments, stay away from this place. You deserve better than the garbage they serve.

Hi Today me and my family went to purchase Milky butter scotch cake from the Muffins for my Birthday. we had parked our car in their customer parking premises with security guard. While getting back our car was blocked by Muffins waste picking vehicle we asked the security to help a way out of the block. The security was very inefficient to ask the vehicle to give us a way. We then directly asked the person to give us a way their reply was they will only move after their work. It was really bad shouting which came from those people, None of the staffs were available to stand with us to deal with this mess. Repeating the inefficiency and negligence of the security person. We are deeply disappointed to come here today. I hope this matter will be seriously taken care by the owner.

I ordered a sandwich here. They gave me half a sandwich and saying that it is full. When I asked about it the staff was very rude about it.

Not a very satisfying bakehouse. They’ve got quite a fancy name and vibe. But their products are below par and totally unacceptable. The outlet is in a prime spot of the city and presents a great countenance in the setting. The façade is a striking disparity on the streetside and would spark craving in any onlooker. But all the ambience, tone and brains behind the muffin house is a great cover for the disastrous food. Their donuts are as dry as parched bread with a dead cream on it. I could vouch for a regular loaf of brown bread that would be suppler than this. Their muffins are a tough and small lump of cake for Rs 35, which is much more expensive than its excellently tasteful counterparts. Breadfort and Square one sell their immensely delicious donuts for just Rs 30. Their cakes too are just nowhere near meeting the balance. Cookies and tarts are just mediocre. The bakehouse is also an eatery with upstair dining space. But alls for nothing when the products are off the hook The outlet is a miniature delicatessen that displays immense number of products, but simply fails to hit the mark. Trivandrum is too good for a swagger like The Muffin House.

Not at all recommendable... Really bad experience. Food quality is very poor. Staffs behavior is bad. Orders are not delivered on specified time. Waited for almost 45 minutes for a burger and a Sandwich. It was ready. But the staffs were careless. Please try some other restaurant or bakery if you wanna hav some good quality food or juice or even cakes.
