Mulmul - Kala Ghoda

Excellent and exclusive collection .This was my first purchase from Mulmul.The staff greeted me by 'Namaste' and that was surprisingly something new for me. I loved their gesture as much as their clothes.I would especially say thanks to Riya,she helped me with my requirement and I ended up buying 2 lovely suits and ordered 2 more later as she helped me by sending the video of the outfits.

Riya helped my mother and I to find two incredible outfits for a friend's wedding. Her customer service was outstanding, she was patient, helpful and reliable. We found two lovely outfits, the skirt of my outfit needed alterations and as we are not local, she helped us to find a tailor and organised for drop off at our accommodation the next day, in time for the wedding. She also helped my mother to find shoes in her size and have those delivered. Honestly, she gave us such a positive impression, she is a real asset to this store. Thank you!!!

I'm so grateful that i visited Kala ghoda instead of any other location. I have been to other mumbai stores but the team here was exceptional. Shivalika helped me to choose and style my outfit, she is so calm and professional. Thanks mulmul kala ghoda.

The staff and their service is Excellent Their presence of mind during attending to the customer is so nice and commendable I only know Riya and Madhuri’s Names from the stuff who were helping me but the rest were very sweet too, they made my shopping fun and easy

Riya and her team are wonderful! Even with a busy store, they make sure every customer has an individualized shopping experience. They were attentive and kind, all the way up to confirming the delivery of my items. Will be shopping here any time I’m in town!

Lovely store in the fun lanes of kala ghoda. The staff is so helpful with the sizes and sales. They were very prompt with replies on whatsaap and also extremely helpful with exchanges and returns. Great place to pick a gift for someone from a wide rage of products !

Mona Mathur. I just love the brand, their style and collection., yes it's definitely pricey but the work is amazing, very intricate. Being fond of Mul, Lucknowi and chikankari work, it's my go to place. I was attended very well by the staff. Akhilendra and Riya were on point and understood my requirement.. Within 10 minutes my purchase was sorted. Very well packed too. Extremely happy and thankful.
