It's the worst Internet for consumers & Corporate sector also. They doesn't respond the calls or see the email. Have registered 8 days ago in BTK for the Internet and still their team haven't approach me but All they did was to charged the payment first. Useless internet & We residence are stuck in this monopoly in BTK. Never recommend anyone of this internet in Karachi.

Pathetic service, very disappointed. Not able to handle issues in their services. Not recommended.

The worst Internet service provider in Pakistan. Speeds are always fluctuating in spite of having fiber cables. Not a single complaint till date has been taken seriously. Their Multinet Bot doesn't respond sometimes. Their emails are not reliable as only sometimes you receive the bill while other times they just want the late payment fee so their email server will automatically stop working for greedy reasons. If you are in any other region don't waste your money here. Unfortunately all of Bahria Town Karachi residents are stuck with their monopoly. I just hope they pack their backs and go away from BTK.
