The taste of the food is absolutely awesome—everything is incredibly delicious, and I genuinely love it! The quality and flavor truly stand out and make it a place worth ordering from again and again. However, the ordering process was a bit of a hassle. I faced a payment failure because their merchant system wasn’t working, and initially the support team wasn’t very helpful. Thankfully, a girl named Maha joined the conversation and went above and beyond to assist me. She patiently helped me place my order, and I am very satisfied with her service. Thank you, Maha, for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience! Overall, amazing food with a small hiccup in the ordering process—but great recovery thanks to excellent customer support.

I ordered the tresleche cake for my brothers birthday and it was amazing. They also delivered the flowers bouquet I ordered. Maha and Rahul did a great job with everything. 10/10 would recommend.

I ordered a birthday package to be delivered at a school, i only realized moments later it was Friday and schools close early. With the exceptional Help of Shan and Maha, I explained then my situation and they assured me that it would be delivered timely. I had the strawberry three milk cake and the Hazelnut one. Both are really good. They don’t deliver the strawberry one which is a bummer so i had to visit the outlet for it. But both the cakes were really delicious, and fresh. Would definitely be trying other flavors too.
