أود أن أتوجه بالشكر الكبير لنيكولاس على حسن الاستقبال والاهتمام طوال فترة إقامتي. لقد كان متعاونًا جدًا ولطيفًا، وساعدني في الحصول على غرفة ممتازة ومريحة فاقت توقعاتي. كانت التجربة في فندق المرجان رائعة من جميع النواحي، من النظافة إلى الخدمة والراحة. أشكر نيكولاس وفريق العمل على احترافيتهم وكرم ضيافتهم والاخص إيلي هو شخص ودود جدا ، وأتطلع للعودة مجددًا في المستقبل. أوصي بهذا الفندق بشدة لكل من يبحث عن إقامة مميزة.

The service was good, they provided extra service by letting us enter a lot earlier to our room than the checkin time, which was of great help for us. Location is at 10 minute walking distance to the old city centre of Jounieh. I don't know if this is normal in Lebanon but the room smelled a bit like there has been smoked inside of it, this could be taken into consideration.

Our recent stay at the AlMurjan Palace Hotel was thoroughly enjoyable and exceeded our expectations in several key areas. The hotel staff consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism, friendliness, and helpfulness throughout our visit. Also, our room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and well-appointed with all necessary amenities, including complimentary Wi-Fi, a mini-fridge, a water kettle, a safe, and a selection of toiletries. Furthermore, we particularly appreciated the hotel's accommodating nature; upon our request, they graciously decorated our room in anticipation of Valentine's Day, adding a thoughtful and personalized touch to our stay. Moreover, the breakfast offerings were both delicious and varied. In addition, the hotel's convenient location offers easy access to local attractions. The Jounieh Public Park, ideal for walking, exercising, or jogging, is within walking distance and the cable car to Our Lady of Lebanon in Harissa is just a short drive away. Finally, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to the entire team at the AlMurjan Palace Hotel for their exceptional service and for making our stay so memorable.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Al Murjan team for taking such great care of my parents, especially my mom, Roba, during the recent war in Lebanon. Accommodating them for an entire month with kindness and unmatched generosity made all the difference in such a difficult time. One thing that truly stood out was the generosity in the breakfast offerings. Every morning, my parents were welcomed with a variety of delicious options that brought them comfort and joy, making them feel at home despite being far away. The thoughtfulness and care in every detail did not go unnoticed. The staff’s compassion, professionalism, and attention to their well-being were remarkable. Thank you for providing safety, warmth, and nourishment when it was most needed. We will always remember your kindness, and I highly recommend Al Murjan for anyone seeking a place that truly cares about its guests.

Al Murjan Palace Hotel is a love story for me since I AM here for about 2 months and it’s a home come true run by a lovely kind professional family who truly honor their guests Al Murjan has the best staff because of their professional hospitality service and most importantly their kindness like Maya and the GM Joseph lovely owner Nicola who is a genius besides being so well informed about everything in life The breakfast is absolutely fantastic The rooms are clean amazing and romantic even for families and couples The rooftop is wonderful for special events The ambience is all in all LOVELY and inviting I highly recommend My Almurjan Palace to my friends family and world wide audiences Thank you Merci and SO much love

Very friendly personnel, but cleanliness is not a strength, the furniture is worn, towels are greys and the shower is full of molds. It was a very big surprise for for me after I had before in Beirut a 5* hotel room (really nice) and I expected to be same in 4*... If waren't the personnel so kind, I should give them 1 star. Sorry.

I stayed a month in this hotel, and I only felt that it was like my home. It is very clean and luxurious, and it has all the necessities needed for relaxation. It is in a wonderful area, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. I loved this hotel very much and will always stay there on all my trips to Lebanon ⚘️♥️♥️♥️

We asked the staff to change our bedsheets everyday, we asked them so everyday, and yet they never ever changed a single bed sheet during the week we stayed in the hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it if you care about hygiene. Their ironing services were really bad literally the worst, we gave them clothes and they were supposed to be ironed when returned, but they were not wearable at all even after the ironing. Internet was so bas you could consider that u do not have internet. Only positive is They have parking lot

I really loved my stay at this hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We were in for a short stay so upon arrival they upgraded our room. The room is clean. The breakfast was yummy with variety. Overall stay was very nice and I recommend it!

Nice hotel fitting to purpose since we were out all day. Breakfast is satisfactory. No facilities to enjoy if you will rest in. Staff is friendly. Be careful of the following: 1- If booking an airport transportation through the hotel, make sure to go out of the airport before 1 hour from the landing time, otherwise you will be charged extra 9000 LBP without prior notice when requesting the transportation. 2- Review mini bar contents when checking in as they charged me for a packet of chewing gum that i didn't use, and couldn't prove them wrong thus paid for it.

Super emplacement proche de la mer et du centre de jounieh. Service impeccable merci à Maya Fakhry et à son professionnalisme. Hôtel à recommander fortement.

Located in the heart of Jounieh Al Murjan Hotel is ranked a 4 star hotel. The service and staff are great. The rooms are good but could use a little more of cleanliness nonetheless you can find all amnesties that should be found in a 4 stars hotel. The food is good and the price to stay ratio is great.

For 4* it was disaster. Room was very dirty, I very doubt that the sheets was clean it looks like that someone already sleep in it, but the bathroom was the worst - mold everywhere, dirty towels and very bad smell. In the morning I was woken me up by smell of cigarets in our room. I was very disapointed with the rating on Booking because I travel a lot and reviews are important to me... Actually when we leaving, probably the owners persuaded us to give him good review... Breakfast was the only good thing.

احسن فندق واحسن خدمة والمياه والكهرباء والانترنت متوفر وبدرجة ممتازة .والفندق قريب لكل المكانات الجميله في لبنان. Excellent service, best internet and the hotel is very clean and nice plus is close to the best places in Lebanon. I recommend everyone to book up her in this hotel.

Enjoyed my stay at Murjan Palace, Hadi was very helpful and made sure the room I had booked was available for my stay. The room was big and had enough space to roam around in. Despite not having any slippers and bath robes in the room, my stay was more than satisfying and i will definitely come again soon.

Hotel was clean , tidy and quiet . The staff was very helpful and smiley . The owner showed us where everything in the area is. We really enjoyed our stay .

We went for a workshop for the weekend. Bad food with little diversity. They had a party till 2 am on the fifth floor and the whole group couldnt sleep. People coming for the party were knocking on doors at night and bothering women in the elevator and the management did nothing about it. Also the rooms were terrible, many of us were stuck with smelly rooms and not working ACs, water tabs and more.

Location is prime, at heart of Jounieh with a seaside and Mountain View. Hygiene was top notch, staff are friendly and professional. Perfect for tourists and business. I would recommend it to everyone across all seasons!
