We had a wonderful time this EID! 💓 The place is clean, and very spacious. We super loved the view from the kitchen 🤍 We felt like we're home 💐 the location is perfect as well. thank you!

Had an amazing staycation at Royal Beach Residences Murjan 4 JBR! The place was clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. What made our stay even better was the excellent assistance and hospitality of Mamdouh Diab — he took great care of us and made sure everything we needed was provided right away. Highly recommended and we’ll definitely come back again. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Perfect location, beautiful view from the 30th floor, cleanliness, air conditioning in every room which is great when you have kids. Sufficiently equipped kitchen, good wifi, 2 balconies. And a big thank you to Mr Rafiq, he was very helpful with everything, we had an early morning departure with Mr Rafiq ready at 4. Thank you very much.

I cannot speak highly enough of Regina and Mamdouh, whose exceptional service made securing and moving into my new apartment at Murjan 4 – Royal Beach Residence an absolute pleasure. From the very beginning, their patience, professionalism, and kindness stood out. They handled every one of my requests—big or small—with genuine care and absolutely no pressure, always going the extra mile to ensure I felt comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. Their willingness to help, combined with their calm, reassuring approach, was truly sensational. Murjan 4 is, without doubt, the only building to live in at JBR. The pride Regina and Mamdouh take in the property is evident in every detail—the building is maintained to near-new condition, immaculate, and managed with the kind of dedication you rarely see. With them, no request is ever too much, and their commitment to residents’ comfort and satisfaction is unmatched. Thank you, Regina and Mamdouh, for creating such a seamless, warm, and professional experience. You are a credit to Royal Beach Residence and a big part of why this building feels like home from day one.

الفندق جميل وإطلالاته رائعة الشقق واسعة ونظيفة اطلالة الفندق على ملاعب التنس والمسابح وتوجد خدمات متعددة بجانب الفندق وكذلك كافيهات ومحلات تجارية ، المنطقة راقية وهادئة وموظف الاستقبال الاخ حسين كان تعامله اكثر من رائع ، الفندق صديق للحيوانات ويقبل اقامتها برسوم

The apartment was huge , beyond our expectations. Tufel was accommodating..He response to our concerns asap.Thank to Tufel

Old building, too much crowded and you don’t know who lives there and who doesn’t , security guards chilling most of the time , talked to the security manger named Ali 0 help and no clue what’s he’s doing .

Worst booking service ever. Confirmed booking and less than 4 hours later asked for a cancellation due to a serious personal situation. In a middle of pandemic, the entire world is supportive and have favorable cancellation policies. Except those guys, who refused to even remotely consider a partial refund and charged me for an 11 night stay when i cancelled. Do yourself a favor and dont book with them. They will rip you off and you have better options elsewhere

일단 현재 저는 두바이 레지던트이구요, 기본적으로 murjan4는 jbr이라는곳으로 쥬메이라 비치 레지던트 의 줄임말입니다. 두바이에는 다들 팜 쥬메이라와 팜 제벨알리 라는 야자나무형 인공섬이 있는건 다들 아시겟죠? 그곳 앞에는 jbr beach 라는 해변이 있는데, 그곳 주변이 바로 jbr 아파트입니다. 한마디로 거의 관광지에서 사는것이죠. Murjan4는 다시말하자면 jbr의 한 아파트 동입니다. 내부인테리어는 대한민국의 고급 호텔정도입니다. 사실 전 그렇게 높은층에 살고있진않아서 대관람차가 안보이지만, 25층쯤 올라가면 쥬메이라비치 앞에 설치되어있는 대관람차를 한눈에 볼수있습니다. 대관람차는 항상 밤에 빛나거든요. 쨌든 설명은 여기까지하고 별점 5점만점에 5점드리겟습니다. 감사합니다

Nice community but old building. Parking area could use some cleaning.

They do not respect residents, they did not tell us about laws, they took 600 dirhams from us because we losing two keys, they did not tell us before that if we lost them they would take 300 dirhams for each key, I went to many hotels and I did not meet like them..

فندق جميل جدا يستاهل اعلئ من خمسة نجوم سعره مناسب ويعتبر رخيص مقارنه بفخامته ونظافة عاليه واثاث راقي ونظيف جدا ويوجد بنفس البرج كارفور صغير انصح به

تجربه اكثر من رائعه مكان جميل والخدمات قريبه والشقق نظيفه وجميله واطلاله رائعه وتصميم اكثر من رائع ولاننسى الموظفين وتعاملهم ، شكرا لكم

This hotel does not respect guests and doesn’t care about them at all. My rate is too low. الفندق هذا استغلالي من الاخر ولا انصح فيه.

1st class host and team. Clean rooms but sofas a bit old. I will come back again for sure. Thanks
