Musandam Discovery Diving

What a surprise ! Musandam is an hidden gem in the ME with beautiful and healthy coral reefs ! The club is great, gear are in good conditions. Lauren, Jenna, Jens and their captain took great care of us during these 4 days. Thanks a lot. Highly recommend !

Good and friendly dive center I dived there for two days and I think the visibility in that area is not good because it is a bay, but it has a lot of live coral. There is a nice hotel next to the diving center. We came to Musandam from the Emirates and it was a difficult journey for us. Overall, I prefer diving in Muscat, the visibility is better and I can see more and bigger creatures and corals .

We did 4 days in a row with 2 dives a day. Amazing spots, super well preserved. Turtles, corrals, murray, barracuda and many more. The team is great, very helpful. Equipments is also in good condition. Highly recommended

Professional and well organized dive center. I have been picked up at the hotel, staying at the other Atana. Two great dives, plenty of to see: nudibranchs, soft and hard corals, moray eels, lion fish, and more. Much recommended if you are staying in Kasab.

I can only recommend this Dive Center in Oman. Friendly and professional staff. Very good diving and nice warm climate. We went in early November.

Very professional and well-organized dive center. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Divemasters Jens and Jenna were especially kind and professional. The diving was excellent and everything was handled smoothly. The hotel was also very good, and the dive center assisted us with all arrangements. Highly recommended.

Very nice dive center. Khasab diving is a fantastic experience beautiful corals and marine life. Lauren and Bader have made our weekend amazing! Highly recommended. They are attached to a hotel which is a plus for comfort and chilling.

I did 10 days of diving (3 dives/day) at Musandam Discovery Diving. I have a new family. This is a really special place and the dive team is spectacular. The team have setup over 20 dive sites. I only visited a few more than once. This is an undisturbed gem. There are no crowds. You often feel like you're the only one on or in the water. The corals are fantastic. I called it "going to the botanical gardens". Also a good variety of wildlife. There are two wrecks and I was also able to do a couple of night dives. The dive shop is next to the hotel, and the dock is right there making everything just so convenient. I can't possibly recommend this place and this team any more strongly.

An amazing experience and a great 3 days of scuba diving with these guys in Oman. The team showed patience, guidance and real expertise. There’s some wonderful dive sites in the region with varied coral and an abundance of underwater life to observe and enjoy. There’s even a couple of interesting ship wrecks to explore. Amazing from the moment we set foot in the center till the moment we left. Everyone who works there from Lauren the lady at the reception till the guides and the office boy. They were all nice and tentative to our needs. The dives were amazing! Had a small boat obstacle but they fixed it right away and while waiting for it to be fixed, they made the wait relaxing and full of interesting conversations. Loved my experience and I've decided that I'll make a monthly or so visit to the center. Can't wait to be back!

Great dive crew and the scenery on boat ride out to dive sites is almost as amazing as the coral and sea life! Lauren and Jenna accommodated everyone in the group for a fantastic diving experience.

We had the most amazing dives with Musandam discovery and the experience and entire day was excellent!! We were about to check out from Atana Musandam when we decided to walk over to the dive center next door. Lauren met us and they were just about to leave for the 3 dive trip and she invited us to join. To agree to extra 5 divers, for 3 dives each, on the boat showed that there was always a possibility for anything. The 50 minute scenic ride pass Military island and the fjords were spectacular. After a pleasant briefing, we dove Al Batinah, Cat's Eye (wreck) and Eagle Rock. We saw 3 sting rays, a leopard shark, many nudibranchs of all sizes and beautiful thriving coral!! The diversity of colour on all three dives was extraordinary. Lauren were superb and made sure that nothing went unseen and safed my day when she captured the leopard shark swimming right upto me and sliding within centimeters, casually by. The team were excellent and we will highly recommend them, a definite must when in Musandam. We will surely see Musandam discovery divers soon again!!

I can't recommend enough Musandam Discovery Diving!! The team is so friendly and helpful you immediately feel like you're part of an amazing family! The diving spots are marvelous with plenty of corals and life you can explore non - stop! Corals reefs, lobsters, turtles, nudies and so much more are waiting for you in Khasab! I can't wait to visit again!

Great experience with Arnel, his daughter, and the captain. Super nice people, very well organized trip. We planned to do 3 dives 2 days, unfortunately I got some problem with my ear the end of the first day and had to cancel the second day. They were very understanding and didn't charge me extra cost. The water visibility is good, pretty warm out there. They also provided us delicious ans generous snacks.

A friend and I drove to Khasab from Dubai to try the diving. Communication with Lauren was great, she answered queries quickly. We dived with Victor and thoroughly enjoyed our dives, he was very knowledgeable about the area and marine life. Nice drinks and snacks on the boat, and I very much appreciated the help getting in and out of the boat. And they have a good sized shower and changing area. We'll definitely be back. We would also recommend Atana Khasab Hotel for the lovely sea views, just a 5 minute drive from the centre.

Great Place and supportive community. Just got my Open water certificate with Victor. Highly recommend him. He is bit strict but takes care of you and gives attention to small details. The diving spots are great specially the wrecked ship.

Great operation run by Lauren and the team in Khasab. The communication was clear, fluid and fast. We were looked after at all times with great customer service and swift responses to different requests in our group. Dive sites were surprisingly different to other parts of Musandam with healthy coral formations to admire everywhere, including the night dove near the harbour which was awesome. We saw barracudas, stingrays, turtles, cuttlefish and lots of tropical fish and nudis. We didn't want to leave! Thanks so much for an unforgettable weekend! 💗

Divecenter is great, staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. We had 3 days off diving and enjoyed every single one. Will come back for more

الحمدلله انبسطنا جدا للامانه اكتر حاجة انبسطنا فيها الصحبه الحلوه والغطس الجميل المحترف جدا والطبيعة الخلابة الجميله مع مدرب غطس غايه في الاحتراف والإتقان والمهنية والدعم كابتن بدر ‎مع فريق مساعد كابتن محمد على المركب والمنسقين في المركز اللي كانوا بيتابعوا معانا كل ترتيبات للغطس بتفاصيله من إجراءات السفر وخلافه بكل صبر وترحيب. ‎بقالي ٢٠ سنه بغطس احلى غطسه في حياتي فعليا وبنتي ١٨ سنة كانت معايا وانبسطت برده جداً ونفس الانطباع لها. عاش عمان وشعب عمان الجميل very professional responsible dedicated instructor captain Badr with very helpful supportive and cheerful crew captain Moh Boat and administration staff creating very interesting cheerful amazing diving trip in wonderful diving sites. Really nice team who make you feel welcome and are knowledgeable about all the sites around and conditions. Lauren is fantastic, as is the whole crew. Dive sites are unspoiled and very beautiful.
