هتل خوبی بود. برخورد و مدیریت متوسط. من برای سفر کاری رفته بودم. کلن بیرون بودیم و از رستوران استفاده نکردیم.

كانت إقامتي في فندق مسقط بلازا رائعة للغاية. الغرف كانت نظيفة وواسعة ومعتنى بها جيدًا. طاقم العمل كان لطيفًا جدًا ومتعاونًا طوال فترة الإقامة. الموقع مميز جدًا مع سهولة الوصول إلى أهم المعالم السياحية ومناطق التسوق. بشكل عام كانت تجربة مريحة وممتعة. أنصح به بشدة.

Hotel, który najlepsze lata ma już za sobą. Powierzchownie wygląda OK, ale np. wchodząc do kabiny prysznicowej lepiej nie patrzyć w jej zakamarki, jeśli ma się wrażliwość na grzyba. Obsługa pomocna, choć z drugiej strony mieliśmy zarezerowane pokoje suit od miesiąca, a na miejscu okazało się, że nie są dostępne. Śniadania smaczne, dokładają, jesli czegoś zabraknie. Kawa tylko rozpuszczalna. ;)

My recent stay can’t be faulted. Had excellent experience at the hotel. Staff were accommodating as we arrived early hours of the morning, needed change of rooms and this was accommodated in the afternoon. Yes the rooms were dated however everything was in working condition. Staff went above and beyond to ensure excellent service was provided, especially khalid who was around at check in and ensured late checkout was available for myself. Hotel was generally in a great location with local amenities close by.

Ottimo hotel nella zona centrale di Muscat. Camere spaziosissime anche se il bagno non grande abbastanza. Personale al check in professionale ma poco incline a dare informazioni. Nei giorni successivamente sorpresi positivamente dal comportamento alla reception che ha elargito molte informazioni utili per gestire al meglio il soggiorno. Prezzo qualità nella media del posto

Extremely disappointing stay at Muscat Plaza Hotel! We stayed at Muscat Plaza Hotel from 26th to 28th December, booking 2 rooms for our family of 3 children, booked through booking. Check-in: We were supposed to check in at 12:00, but the confirmation later said the rooms would only be ready at 15:00. When we arrived on time, we had to wait 45 minutes and only got our rooms at 15:45. Reception staff were completely indifferent and unhelpful. Rooms and view: Rooms were very poor. Windows cannot be opened, and the view is just a gray wall of the neighboring building only 5 meters away. Very claustrophobic and depressing. Cleanliness / hygiene: The hotel is completely unsanitary. The carpet stinks, the shower is covered in mold, and it is disgusting to stay in the room. Noise: There is a loud ventilation fan that cannot be turned off even at night. We called the staff and asked them to fix or turn off the fan, but the technician just advised us to close the bathroom door, which did not help at all. The refrigerator did not work, just created noise. Breakfast: Breakfast was chaotic, overcrowded, and almost non-existent — practically nothing except boiled eggs. God forbid. Not worth paying for; much better to eat at a nearby café. Service: Overall service was terrible, typical of a low-quality, badly managed hotel. Staff did almost nothing to help. Overall: I don’t understand who gave this hotel 3 stars. Even hotels in remote work camps are better maintained and cleaner. Families with children will be very disappointed. It felt like a typical awful hotel experience, far below expectations. Conclusion: I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Our stay was extremely disappointing. Our children were shocked by the conditions and jokingly called it the “Indian hotel” because of the poor quality and service.

We stayed in this hotel under unfortunate circumstances with all going on in the Middle East, Qatar Airways put us up here. I want to thank the hotel staff for their service. They were warm & welcoming when I think we all really needed it. They couldn’t do enough to help, the reception staff went above and beyond in more ways than one to make sure we were looked after and safe. They worked over their hours to make sure everyone was served. The food was on time every day and the rooms were clean. In a tense time in the world the staff at this hotel made us feel at ease and comfortable.

I stayed in this property for 3 nights and it was the worst stay ever happened to me. The reception staffs (lady) is not helpful at all. I checked in one room without proper internet and there was cockroach on the bed. Also the washroom was very dirty. I raised this issues to the reception and they assured that the new room will have proper internet connection and they moved me to different room with same internet issue. If I'm not wrong I called reception atleast 5 times to resolve the issue. I called reception to speak to a manager and they don't have a manager or supervisor on duty. It's really very bad. Also the maintenance guy tried to help me with the internet issue but he couldn't fix it. Then I again called reception and the lady was very rude with me. Within 3 days stay I had to change already 2 rooms and again she forced me to move to another room. Also the lady was asking me if u don't want to move what solution I need to do for you Very bad experience and not recommended to anyone. First of all the staffs are the first impression of a hotel. Here they are not helpful at all. It's not a 3 star hotel at all.

The rooms are big, clean and well furnished, the staff is very freindly and the location is very good. They serve breakfast in the morning and there is a supermarket in the hotel where we can find all what we need, restaurant are in a walking distance. it would be great to have enough towel in the room and the room for breakfast is not enough for all residents of the hotel so you may not find a place depending on the hour, the breakfast is the main point that can be improved a lot. the Hotel staff are really freindly and they will do their best to find solution to any problem you may face

Decent hotel for the Price (60 eur). Room was great. Just the poor breakfast and quiet staff as negative attributes.

Stayed for 3 days. Located at Al khuwair. Many hotels and shops around. Clean rooms. The gym equipments can be better. Decent buffet breakfast. Polite staff. Special mention about Ms. Ithisam and Mr. Edward. Thanks guys!

Very disappointing experience – misleading booking I had booked and fully paid for a Suite room, but on arrival the hotel gave me a standard room, saying the suite was already occupied. This is not my problem as a guest—the hotel should manage its inventory properly. What made it worse: No apology from the staff No refund or compensation offered No effort to resolve the issue professionally This feels misleading and unfair to guests who book and pay in advance expecting what they reserved. Breakfast: Just okay. During peak hours no table , which made it chaotic. Room amenities: Only tea provided, no coffee, which is below expectation. Overall, the experience did not match what was promised at booking. Would not recommend based on how this was handled.

Amazing hotel with many triple rooms and very big and spacious rooms. Breakfast has many varieties even lunch items were there like soup and noodles. Staff are nice and friendly

Good Rooms and Good location if you are a tourist, its midway and close to almost all the tourist attractions in muscat, a 15- 30 mins drive will take you to all destinations. Downside is, they dont answer their official number at any point in time and are very slow with email replies as well, but once you are there the staff tries their best to help you out, Would like to mention 2 staff members who really did their best for us, Ms. Maryam (at the counter) and Mr Asim (Housekeeping) They are heavily understaffed and need more hands on board. With the limited staff they try to address to your requests at the earliest. But overall I had a good stay with them and would recommend if you are okay to adjust a little here and there.

Note : 1/10 – À fuir absolument Je ne sais même pas par où commencer cet avis. Expérience terrifiante, alors que je ne suis pourtant pas exigeant en matière de services hôteliers. C’est tout simplement la pire expérience de ma vie, après avoir voyagé dans plus de 40 pays. Dès l’arrivée, accueil extrêmement froid, sans la moindre considération pour les clients. L’hôtel est en plein travaux, ce qui n’était absolument pas mentionné lors de la réservation. Parking sous-sol indisponible à cause des travaux, là encore aucune information préalable. Une fois dans la chambre, le choc : état déplorable, nettoyage inexistant. Chambre sale et dégoûtante : cheveux partout, crottes de nez, mauvaises odeurs persistantes… clairement aucune hygiène. Nous avons dû nettoyer nous-mêmes la chambre. La carte d’accès à la chambre devait être réactivée chaque jour, ce qui est totalement inadmissible. Le service est inexistant : • Le ménage n’est fait que sur demande • J’ai dû relancer deux soirs consécutifs juste pour avoir des serviettes de bain, pour finalement m’entendre dire qu’il n’y en avait plus • Même problème pour le papier toilette • Salle de bain qui sent mauvais tous les jours • Aucune pression d’eau dans la douche Et que dire du soi-disant petit déjeuner… la cerise sur le gâteau. Le restaurant étant en travaux, une salle provisoire a été mise en place « pour dépanner » : • Très peu de tables, il faut attendre que les autres clients finissent • Vaisselle en plastique, carton et polyester, digne d’une cantine ou pire • Très peu de choix, et souvent plus rien dès 9h du matin • Pas de café, jus imbuvables • Conditions de conservation des produits laitiers et des fruits inexistantes, tout simplement immangeable Et encore, je passe sur de nombreux autres problèmes, photos à l’appui. ➡️ Déception totale. Cet hôtel nous a gâché notre voyage. Je déconseille formellement cet établissement. À éviter à tout prix.

Centralissimo pulito e molto ordinato, il personale gentilissimo ci hanno aiutati a risolvere un piccolo problema , la colazione abbastanza varia e abbondante Da questo hotel si possono raggiungere diverse attrazioni in zona , ci sono accanto ristoranti e negozi, alcuni bar con ottimi dolci

Mam bardzo mieszane odczucia jeśli chodzi o to miejsce. Recepcja wygląda super ale niestety standard pokoi już jest dużo gorszy. Śniadania były dobre, różnorodne. W pokoju śmierdzi papierosami. Jeśli chodzi o obsługę to tutaj jest dość średnio. Jednego dnia poprosiliśmy o suszarkę do włosów. Na recepcji poinformowano nas, że zostanie przyniesiona do naszego pokoju. Niestety obsługa poległa, kilkukrotnie musieliśmy się przypominać a suszarka dotarła do naszego pokoju po 24:00 (po 3-4 godzinach). Jednak większy niesmak mieliśmy po sytuacji na śniadaniu. Śniadanie było do godziny 10:00. Na śniadaniu pojawiliśmy się o 9:30 a 10 minut później poprosiliśmy Pana z obsługi o kawę, która skończyła się. PAN POINFORMOWAŁ NAS ZE PRZYNIESIE KAWĘ. Niestety po 15 minutach kawy dalej nie było dlatego kolejny raz podeszliśmy do Pana z obsługi. Pan poinformował nas, że kawy już nie przyniesie bo śniadanie się już kończy a my możemy kupić sobie na w sklepie - zaznaczam że o 9:40 prosiliśmy o kawę, na śniadaniu które miało być do 10! Zaistniałą sytuację chcieliśmy zgłosić na recepcję ale Pani, która tam była nie za bardzo umiała porozumieć się po angielsku i powiedziała tylko że możemy kupić sobie kawę w sklepie… Porażka!!!

The location is good and the breakfast is acceptable. The Hotel rooms are OK for economical trips. Been here for 6 days and I will extend it to 10.
