It was my first time visiting the salon, and honestly the place was so welcoming and relaxing. It’s clean, well-organized, and has a great atmosphere. I really loved the service, especially from Relan she did my nails exactly the way I asked for, and the result was even better than I imagined. Absolutely amazing work! 💅✨ Definitely not my last visit.

The hair coloring experience was excellent. Thimar was very professional The pre coloring steps truly impressed me..it's rare to see salons pay such close attention to detail. At the beginning.. her assistant applied a protective product around my skin..then covered my ears with plastic to prevent any hair dye from staining them. My hair did not feel dry after the coloring process..which is something I really loved. It definitely makes me want to return to the salon again. ✨💇🏻‍♀️💕

Themar is absolutely amazing! She is always smiling, welcoming, and makes every visit a wonderful experience. She is highly skilled in hairstyles, hair treatments, and everything related to hair care. Her attention to detail and professionalism are outstanding. I visited today for a hair treatment with Rasha — she was very friendly and took great care of me. I also got my nails done with Monaliza; I have press-ons and went for an ombré design, and she did an excellent job. The team even surprised me with an early birthday celebration since my birthday is in a few days! The staff were all so warm and welcoming.

The salon’s architecture is beautiful and sets high expectations and thankfully, the staff did not disappoint. My experience was excellent from start to finish. I was already aware of the prices before going, so I recommend checking them beforehand. It’s not cheap, but it is definitely worth it. What I really appreciated is that before starting any service, they clearly explain the total cost, which is very considerate and professional. For important occasions, when I need my hair to stay in place all night and look perfect without constant fixing, I always go with Hayat. She is incredibly sweet, knows exactly what she’s doing, and delivers amazing results. She follows inspiration photos very accurately and truly understands what you want. Had a great experience at Muse Salon. All Technicians were friendly, and really paid attention to detail. The salon was clean, relaxing, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I’m very happy with the results and appreciated how carefully they listened to what I wanted. Definitely one of the best salon experiences I’ve had.

i tried to come in the morning to book facial , but receptionist just said me to call the call centre. I mean why cant she offer me what time i can have facial so i can book directly there. then i went out and called the call centre, but lady on phone said today fully booked . I said that i can do it tomorrow. so she said they will call me later , but until now in the evening no response at all. So its hard to book for new customer. and the whatsapp number also no response. I recommend management to make easier booking for customer and can book at the salon too

I had the most amazing experience with Mervet 🤍 I took the full package, and it was truly worth it. She did the Sudanese Royal Delka for me, and honestly it exceeded all my expectations. The whole experience felt so luxurious, relaxing, and deeply nourishing for the body. is incredibly professional, gentle, and pays attention to every detail. You can really feel the care and authenticity in her work. My skin felt unbelievably soft, smooth, and refreshed after the session. I had the best experience at The Muse Salon with the amazing makeup artist and hairstylist Hayat Rezq. She truly understood exactly the look I wanted and made me feel so beautiful and confident. My makeup was flawless, elegant, and lasted perfectly all day, and the hairstyle was absolutely stunning. Hayat is so talented, professional, and kind — you can really tell she loves what she does. Highly recommend booking with her if you want to feel your absolute best!

I came to this place, shakhbout branch, just to ask the information of Moroccan bath. But a reception woman( as she said she is the manager of this branch) was extremely and incredible rude to me. She firstly refused to give me the price list, then said there is no 105AED offer ( of course I know, I just asked her if there is an offer with 105AED off with using Esaad card as the info I received from this company's official WhatsApp channel). Then the most incredible thing happened, she came to stand next to me so close physically and try to ask my personal information and my friend's. I asked her if she could leave me a bit alone and let me check the price list on the wall. She directly told us to leave the shop and said it's not allowed to stand in the reception area without booking. Then she forced my friend to kick me out from the shop. Even my friend said give us one minute to calm down but she had continued to pressure us and use her big body( she is much taller and bigger size than us) to approach us to form the pressure. To be honest, this kind of behavior is very shocking. I can't believe in this country could happen this thing. She got to know our job then decided to use such rude attitude and tones to treat us because she already judged us as poor people. I don't accept any insult from this place.

I had a really disappointing experience at this salon. I went on a Saturday morning expecting a relaxing start to my day with a hair treatment called “7 Layers” for 299. From the beginning, the technician asking me if I wanted to purchase a package, even though I had already clearly said I wanted to try the treatment first before deciding. After applying the treatment, she told me I would be under steam for 30 minutes, but she only came back after an hour, and that too only after I asked for her. During that time, I was served coffee in a cup that had a visible lip stain on it, which was very unpleasant and unhygienic. Things didn’t improve after that. When it was time to dry my hair, another technician stepped in who didn’t seem experienced. She brushed only half of my hair and started drying it in a messy way that left my hair extremely frizzy. Then the first technician came back saying she would finish the styling and do my bangs, but by then my hair was already dry, frizzy, and poorly handled. Overall, the service did not match the price at all. For 299, I expected a much higher level of professionalism, hygiene, and care. Extremely disappointing.

Wonderful and clean environment 10/10 I would recommend the cleaning nails and feet is really good and welcoming they gave us so many treats will definitely come back again! Sarah& theimar were lovely and treated me very well! Me and my family will definitely be back!
