I rarely write reviews, but this experience truly deserves one. From the moment you walk into The Muse Salon in Al Bateen, the entire experience is amazing. The staff are incredibly welcoming, professional, and friendly. Everything is done with care and attention to detail, creating the perfect atmosphere to completely relax and unwind. A special mention goes to Saeeda/ سعيدة, who does the Moroccan bath. She is truly exceptional. She doesn’t just do her job; she genuinely cares about her clients and always goes above and beyond. Every session feels like a bridal hammam rather than a regular Moroccan bath. She takes her time, scrubs thoroughly, pays attention to every detail, and always seems to know exactly what your body needs. From start to finish, the experience is luxurious, relaxing, and leaves you feeling completely refreshed and renewed. I honestly can’t recommend her enough. If you’re looking for an authentic Moroccan bath experience done with passion, professionalism, and exceptional care, Saeeda is simply the best. Five stars honestly don’t do this experience justice.

Amazing service from start to finish! the staff are all so welcoming, friendly, and truly skilled at what they do. You can really tell they care about their work and pay attention to every detail. The spa is beautifully designed, clean, and gives you an instant feeling of relaxation. The staff are incredibly professional and attentive. They really take the time to understand what you need and make sure you feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I tried the massage and Moroccan bath, and both were exceptional — easily one of the best I’ve experienced. What stood out the most was the attention to detail and the quality of service. Everything felt luxurious, from the products they used to the way they handled each step of the treatment. My skin felt refreshed, and I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I would highly recommend The Muse to anyone looking for a premium spa experience. Definitely my go-to place from now on!

I recently visited this spa for a day of pampering, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist staff and instantly felt relaxed. The Moroccan bath was incredibly rejuvenating, followed by a heavenly thai massage that melted away all my stress. The hair treatment left my locks feeling silky smooth, and the nail technician did an impeccable job on my manicure and pedicure. To top it off, the facial left my skin glowing and refreshed. The attention to detail and level of service at The Muse is unparalleled. I can't wait to visit again soon!

Actually, I came into the salon to do a several services and two of the services I did that I didn’t like first of all the many petty they are too slow extremely slow and seems like there is new stuff who doesn’t understand exactly what you want however they didn’t ended up doing similar to what I want regarding the hair. I had to pay full price even when I came into the salon, my hair is hair was already blowed out and ready just to put some magic and do my hair updo and they also made me pay the full price. They didn’t do the full service as I told them my hair was already blown out and other Salon by yesterday so I don’t wanna do it again. They forced me to pay full price which was around 300- 6370 dirhams and I was shocked as if I paid 200 dirhams acceptable for the service. They did not 306 years 370 and I can’t deal with that so many paper signing every time a different paper and each service I’ll do I need to give them my phone information for Phone Number💅🏼 name and signing for a service paper. I highly don’t recommend doing this nowadays. There is a tablet which all of the employees need to have know who I am before coming and doing any service to me. They need to know like make me sign one paper not thousand of papers just to do services in the salon. I had not come for a long time and when I came back here to the Salon, I was shocked and I think it will be the last to come to it as I used to be a client.

I just came back from the salon extremely disappointed. My sister is a loyal customer who has been recommending me to come here for a long time so I booked an appointment for a hair treatment after they washed everything out they started blow drying my hair when they finished I still felt product in my hair they even left my hair all frizzy when I complained to them they started laughing and they said it’s fine I went home with an oily scalp and a dry frizzy mess I tried calling multiple times yet no answers.

I like this branch very clean welcoming staff all welling to maintain family relations with customers…. Miss saeda in morocan bath was elegant and very nice she is number one. I will come here always with my family and friends

The receptionist who answered the phone was extremely rude and had a very strange attitude. I was with my sister on our way to the salon. I asked her about the types of massage available, chose a specific one, and requested to book an appointment so I could come in for my session. However, she told me she could not take two bookings from the same phone number. I explained that I do not share my personal phone number with any salon or hospital, and that I would be coming with my sister. Despite the fact that we were already close to the salon, she still refused. Her behavior was very unprofessional and completely unjustified. I clearly remember being one of the first customers who attended the salon’s opening. I was a loyal client and personally recommended the salon to my sisters and my entire extended family in Abu Dhabi. After moving to Dubai, I stopped visiting, and this would have been my first visit after getting married. Unfortunately, this was the experience I received. Very disappointing ولا يستاهلون حتى نجمة وحده .. للأسف من أسوء الصوالين ف بوظبي الجميلة .. ولا انصح فيه ابدااا .. 😌 الله يعز صوالين الدار عن هذا الصالون السيىء و الاداره و الرسبشن المريض نفسياً ! ك وحده تعنت وين شي مجال للمساج و لا قبلت اني اسوي إلا لو عطيتها رقمي 😅هذا مب طبيعي .. لأسباب ما. اقدر أشارك رقمي مع هالاماكن … خساره العنوة لهالمكان السيء وسوء المعاملة لي جفتها 🤢😷

I’m a regular customer at this salon, which makes this experience even more disappointing. The pricing was completely inconsistent and felt unfair. Just yesterday, I paid full price for both the front and back of the hand for a relative. However, today I was told that the same service would cost full price for only one side, and I would need to pay double to get both sides done. This sudden change in pricing felt untruthful and lacked transparency. On top of that, the quality of the service did not justify the cost. There were only two henna artists available—one who was clearly experienced, and the other who barely met the standard of a henna artist. This made the overall experience even more frustrating. As a loyal customer, I expected consistency and honesty, but unfortunately this visit did not meet those expectations at all.

The Muse is my spot in AD! Great services overall, but Nikki the henna specialist is top-touch. A true artist and gets the work done fast. Thank you, ladies 🤍

أنا من سنتين واجرب الحمام المغربي والدبكه في صالون ذا ميوز لكن اليوم جربت سناء في الدلكه .. كله فنانه شوي في حقها الصراحه ⭐️⭐️❤️ إول شي مبتسمه طول الوقت وتعطيك حقج وتشرح وصدق صدق فرقققق طلعت من الحمام جسمي يلمع يلق لق قطنه🥹🤣 ومرطططب حتى أطرافي لونهم بنك وهذا احلى شي. اكيد مب آخر مره معاها وبآخذ بكج بس عشان أكمل وياها لنه صدق روعه شغلها ✨

I came to the Abu Dhabi albateen branch and wanted to have a look at the place and the receptionists did not allow me to enter as I dont have an appointment. The whole place behind the reception was empty and no nails or haor chairs were occupied. This just shows the level of customer satisfaction orientation provided. Very disappointing
