I visited to enroll in the Weight Management program. The place was clean and accommodating where everyone was trying to assist. The best experience was with a Phlebotomist named Raseena. Usually it’s take a minimum of 2 times to successfully draw blood. She did it in a single go and I didn’t not feel ANYTHING. It was incredible. Thank you Raseena! It would have been 5 stars, however the wait for the ultrasound was a bit long and I didn’t understand why.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding support and service provided by Muhammad Omar. From the moment patient arrived, he demonstrated exceptional communication skills, warmly welcoming patients and creating a very comfortable and positive experience. What truly stood out was his genuine passion for his work. Muhammad goes above and beyond—he doesn’t wait to be asked for help; instead, he proactively approaches patients with a willingness to assist and ensure everything is taken care of. His dedication, attentiveness, and approachable nature reflect a high level of professionalism and care. It is clear that Muhammad performs his role from the heart. He is a valuable asset to the clinic, and I highly appreciate his efforts.

I would like to thank Dr. Mariam Alzarooni for her humanity and the exceptional care she provided to me. She was very caring, sincere, and kind to both me and my brother. I truly appreciate her compassion, support, and professionalism throughout our experience 🫶🏻💗

All staffs are friendly and accommodating. Gyne doctors are very helpful. Also Dr. Abu Allaa who help me with my fitness journey and monitoring me through out. Thank you and continue to be great 🙏🙌

We had a good experience at Mushrif Children’s Hospital when I brought my son for a blood test. Nurse Jesmil (I hope I remember her name correctly) from the laboratory, who took my son’s blood sample, was very professional and patient. She was able to take the sample quickly with the help of one of her colleagues. I can say she is very good because we also had an experience at another hospital where the nurse had to call six other nurses to help hold and restrain my son.

Great pediatric center with very caring doctors and friendly staff. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and the doctors take time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommended for parents looking for quality care for their children. 😊

Too irresponsible! I can’t believe this! They let us waited for an hour knowing that our baby is with us! This is crazy!!! Even after I talked to them about the situation they still want us to wait an hour/s again! The lady receptionist in the desk Sultan Al Ketbi (Desk 7), she’s the one who accepted us for walk-in and she didn’t inform anyone regarding our booking. Then when I was talking to her about that she always answering me I DON’T KNOW. This is not the proper way how you talk to the patients! Please do something. This is not just a normal check up, this is for our Baby’s vaccine. BE RESPONSIBLE!!!!!!!!! Grow up guys!
