Music Planet was extremely helpful in guiding us through the karaoke system. He patiently demonstrated the entire setup, explained the features clearly, and allowed us to experience the sound quality and microphones firsthand. His knowledge and willingness to answer all our questions made the process very comfortable and reassuring. I had a very pleasant experience at the shop. My new acoustic guitar started buzzing alot, The buzzing kept increasing to the point where I could no longer enjoy playing the guitar anymore. Before coming to Music planet, I had visited a renowned Music repair shop in delhi, they said that the guitar could not be improved further, they made the action more higher, the buzzing also increased after getting the guitar repaired from that store, they charged a lot too. After that I visited Music Planet, the owner was very friendly, he detected the problem with the guitar, also explained it to me very nicely the issue and what will be done to make it better. I received the guitar back in a couple of days, as GOOD AS NEW, at a good affordable price too. I am very happy and recommend this store for any music related repairs or purchases.

The place is good. They have got some instruments and all. But the pricing is very high. For example I bought a violin from them. You may call me fool that I trusted turn and didn't checked at other places. And they're running a business so they can overcharge and all. But they sold me the violen for 4500 which other's were charging 3500. Further the violin which I was sold was kind of quite old. The bridge of that violin was from some other violin and then I had to spend another 1000 rupees on the repairs. Then I went there today's bag to get my strings fixed and they charged me 400 rupees for that where as at other places they were charging 200 for the same. The seller and all are quite friendly. But I will suggest to go to other shops in case you want the same quality work to be done at a better price.

I had a great experience at Music Planet. I initially walked in considering a more well-known and established brand in guitar circles, and they actually had that brand n model available in store. However, they suggested I also try the Westwood E340 before making a final decision — and I’m genuinely glad I did. The shop owner was extremely helpful and patient throughout the process. He took the time to explain the differences in build quality, hardware, and overall value instead of simply pushing a bigger brand name. That honest guidance really stood out. The Westwood E340 feels solid, looks premium, and offers excellent value for the price. The playability and overall finish are impressive. Also, the store has a very good ambience — clean, well-organised, and comfortable to try out instruments without any pressure. Overall, a wonderful buying experience. मैंने यहाँ guitar service के लिए दिया था और experience बिल्कुल खराब रहा। सामान्य service जो market में ₹150–₹200 में हो जाती है, यहाँ ₹450 charge किया गया — वो भी बिना proper GST bill के। Price clear नहीं बताया जाता, काम के बाद अपने हिसाब से amount बोल दिया जाता है, जो साफ-साफ price manipulation लगता है। • ❌ No proper billing • ❌ Overcharging • ❌ Pricing transparency zero अगर आप beginner हो या pricing का idea नहीं है, तो यहाँ आसानी से overcharge हो सकते हो। 👉 Suggestion: यहाँ जाने से पहले price clear लिखित में confirm करो, नहीं तो बाद में पछताओगे।

I live in UK and I have bought a few Music instruments from Gaurav. The instruments are of high-quality. The most important thing is Gaurav is very trustworthy. Once I bought a Dhol but the Courier was taking a lot of money so then I had to return on this Dhol and Gaurav gave me credit note. After around nine months I came to India and Gaurav still remembered that credit note and help me buy accessories of Musical Instrument from that credit note. He didn’t have those accessories, specially got them ordered and more important thing he arranged a porter to deliver these my friend‘s house near airport. I truly appreciate his efforts and also I can mention that not too many businesses in India will do this for you. People even forget about credit notes.

I visited this store for the 1st time today. Really nice hospitality by the owner Mr. Gaurav. Knowledgeable person. Good collection of guitars. Both branded & Indian made. However, as a Guitar Instructor, I would always recommend a beginner to buy a branded guitar. I liked the aesthetics of the store. They also have pro-audio stuff to record music. If you live nearby then you should visit Music Planet.

I visited this place and I must say it's a very Beautiful shop with all the musical instruments including some which I have never seen in any shop. Best part is that it is located in center of Noida and it's very easy to reach there and parking is not an issue 😅. Highly recommended shop
