I feel compelled to share it in detail so that others don’t go through the same frustration I did. Out of all the salons I have visited, this was by far one of the worst experiences, and I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. My first interaction with them itself was rude and unprofessional. I called their number early in the morning around 8:00 a.m. because I wanted to confirm their opening hours before heading there. Instead of politely informing me about their timings, the staff spoke in a very harsh tone and told me that it was not the “calling time” and that I should call after 11:00 a.m. I found this behavior very unwelcoming. As a customer, even if I call early, I expect at least a respectful response instead of being snapped at. Still, I let it go, thinking maybe it was just a one-off incident. Later, I called again after 11:00 a.m. as they had instructed. This time, I informed them that I was planning to come and asked for the location details. They shared a location link with me, and I trusted it completely. However, to my shock, the location they provided turned out to be completely wrong. When I reached the point given to me, there was no salon there at all. I tried calling them again for clarification, but the instructions were vague and unhelpful. What made the situation worse was that I had already reached close by and had no other choice but to walk further in search of the correct place. I ended up walking around 4 kilometers unnecessarily, trying to locate the actual salon, only to realize that the details given were misleading from the beginning. This was not just a minor inconvenience—it was a complete waste of time, energy, and effort. Imagine setting aside your time, preparing to visit a place, and then being misled like this. Instead of having a smooth and professional service experience, I was left frustrated, tired, and honestly quite angry. If a business cannot even provide accurate location details and communicate respectfully with potential customers, how can anyone trust them for proper salon services? The whole ordeal left such a bad impression that I decided not to avail of their services at all. It is one thing for a salon to not meet expectations in terms of service quality, but it is another level of disappointment when the very basics—communication, courtesy, and correct location details—are completely missing. Therefore, based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise others not to waste their time here. There are so many better salons around that value their customers and treat them with respect. Don’t fall into the same trap I did. This place, in my honest opinion, is simply not worth the effort.
