fraud and scam people. They will deduct unfair charges on account of maintenance and management when nobody even comes to clean your rooms regularly. The rooms are dingy, the maid and caretaker are rude and arrogant and the lady who sits in the office named Kareena has no sense of manners and talks rudely. Once you give them the "refundable" deposit, you will not get it back. Nobody will answer your calls or messages and when they do, they'll simply revert you to some other irresponsible person. For a small room like that in a pg that doesn't even provide food and basic amenities, the rent they charge is beyond the roof. Thanks for making my first stay experience in Bangalore so horrible and making me call you 600 times for my OWN MONEY.

I did not get the security deposits back and all my communications have been cut off i have been blocked by everyone. This place also has a problem with the electricity. When you call them for a problem they behave very rudely. One of the worst places to live.

Really shitty service, paid the initial deposit and now they refuse to take calls and return the deposit. Go for it if you have money to throw and an obsession with poor communicators. Worst service experience.

Cockroaches sleep with you on the bed and they don’t care to sort such basic issues out. They will unfairly hold a fraction of your deposit money making up bogus reasons. Please think twice before staying here.
