Disappointed. I took my mother here with great expectation. However, the shop doesn't have much stock with small discount. When I went, they only had the regular sandal soap in two sizes, body wash, and incenses. I haven't compared properly yet, but you can get cheaper/at least similar price at Cash&Carrry's, perhaps. I took price photo for you to compare. Biggest disappointment is that they didn't have millennium soap. Just empty boxes are displayed.

Authentic outlet for Mysore Sandal Soap products. You can find soaps, incense sticks, perfumes and other sandalwood items. Nice place to buy genuine Karnataka sandal products.

Got to know from some of the locals that this is the original Mysore sandal soap factory and we get items here at the factory rate. The other items are either not original or sold at a mark up. Getting this confirmation from KSTDC’s staff themselves, we visited this store. It’s located off the main road but you have to park your vehicle outside. Coming to the prices, they are definitely cheaper than what you find them outside for. We bought the normal sandal soaps as well as their Gold variant which I personally liked a lot. We also tried out their floor cleaner and agarbattis and for the price, all of them were amazing. Overall, definitely recommended for budget conscious Mysore Sandal lovers.

Visiting the Mysore Sandal Soap Factory outlet is an ironic experience, especially considering how wonderful their soap smells. Unfortunately, the outlet itself is the complete opposite of the refreshing fragrance. The entrance hits you with a stinging, unpleasant odor that immediately puts you off. There’s no parking available, making it even more inconvenient. The store is poorly maintained, and the shelves are disorganized, giving a sense of neglect. The saleswoman seemed more interested in chatting with others than attending to customers. To top it off, there wasn’t a proper stock of products, leaving you disappointed. This outlet has incredible potential, but someone really needs to step in and fix things. With a little effort, it could easily become a top-tier shopping destination.

Karnataka Oil Division's own outlet. Every products under the Mysore Sandal brand was available here. They do sell at a discount of 20% from the MRP. Authentic store one can buy here if they visit Mysuru. Agarbathis, hand wash, soaps, detergents and body wash were available.

Fine store, but no option to visit the factory. They have no UPI.

There only produced oil from the sandal wood then they send the oil to Bangalore to produce products like soap and others products

Friendly staff. It gives a slightly better price than msp, instead of Rs42 you pay Rs40 for example. But check pricing in the Spar shops as it might be on offer. We found it for about Rs38 in Bangalore

Pride of Karnataka. Understaffed and under stocked. Products are best in the world.

Resently I'm parchesed mysore sandal soap open today new soap there in so many hers this where bad soap in Hyderabad praches in D Mart branch Tolichowki this is where bad 👎👎

Agarbattis, soaps and Dhoop sticks at wholesale prices. For reference Agarbatti which costs 70 rs outside you can get the same for 50.

Great place but so unenthusiastic sales woman. She is in no way motivated to make the sale. I tried to get a decent answer from her but all I got is a one word answer.

I have tried best soap here millennium premium soap after taking shower from it you don't need any body spray..!! 100% sandalwood oil soap must try it atleast onces in a lifetime because it cost 700/- in this outlet.

Decent outlet and you get 10 to 15 percent discount on soaps

It has most products of mysore sandalwood factory I think. I just bought powder and gift soap set which is very good. I have one suggestion. They need to update and market all their product. One person who patiently attends and gives customer different choices must be there in shop.

Good place to visit if you want to purchase authentic products of Mysore Sandal. Unfortunately while we visited most of the items were out of stock. We purchased soap sets and incense sticks. We received 5% discount on total item.

It's a superb outlet. Never ever forget to buy mysore sandal talcum power from this outlet. Because u will never find anywhere like the same quality. Price is also less compared to online. Small outlet but original product. Millenium mysore sandal soap 1 piece costs 700/- which is awesome.
