The coffee machine they sent as new was second-hand. The box had been opened. Even the settings were made by someone else. The machine completely smelled of cigarettes. We felt nauseous. Even the Dubizzle correspondence still says "brand new." I will report them to the DED and the Dubai Court. I will also report them to Sharjah. The person who brought the machine claimed that we were 100 AED short. When I told him I was going to call the police, he claimed that the AED 100 had fallen on the floor and said "okay, I found the money". In front of my house, he shouted in Arabic to get 100 AED. I didn't understand what he was saying, was he swearing? My family followed what was happening at home with concern. When I entered the house, he called me and said "come out, come out" in a harsh tone. It was a horrible experience. I will stay away from Nabeeha Trading.
